District 3, Quezon City’s Allan Reyes and ilor Atty. Anton Reyes Join Forces With Senatorial Bets Kiko Pangilinan and Bam Aquino for a Meaningful Discussion on the District’s Future

In an inspiring display of public servants coming together, District 3 Congressional Candidate Allan Reyes, with Councilor Atty. Anton Reyes, hosted a special discussion on April 5, 2025, in Greenmeadows Subdivision, Quezon City. The event, titled “Kakaba-kaba ka ba? Dealing with uncertainties in the Philippine’s political future. Our future,” brought together Senatorial bet Kiko Pangilinan and Kiko Dee, Bam Aquino’s nephew to represent his camp, for an open, casual conversation with the district’s residents on the changes they hope to bring to the nation and the local community.

The event served as a platform for public engagement with political figures, facilitating a deeper understanding of the prospective changes associated with their potential election. This involved the residents in discourses relevant to what they need to thrive as a community, featuring key topics: education for all, effective infrastructure projects, jobs, business, and economic growth, as well as health and financial assistance. These platforms aligned with what Allan Reyes and Councilor Atty. Anton dubbed it the “Four Pillars of Growth” essential to future-proof a governance that benefits all. These sectors were also joined by Kiko and Bam’s advocacies of food security and educational developments, and how these could positively support the people on community and national levels.

Allan Reyes, who launched his YES na ALL campaign in 2024, shared, “Our goal is to reaffirm everyone that collaboration is vital for creating a lasting change. Kaya YES na ALL dahil naniniwala kaming dapat wala ng kampo-kampo at kulay-kulay. Sama-sama tayo sa pag-asenso.

By fostering open dialogue, empowering citizens, and emphasizing effective service delivery, these political bets are all about grassroots-driven leadership. Senators Pangilinan and Aquino also stressed the importance of coordination between local and national leaders to tackle the issues facing the district and the country.

“We thank Cong. Allan and Atty. Anton for this opportunity. The KiBam campaign we are rallying for aims to unite Filipinos through transparent governance, and I believe this was an avenue to reinforce just that,” said Pangilinan.

Councilor Atty. Anton Reyes also highlighted the essence of this event: “In this time of uncertainty, we must come together to share ideas and solutions. Dapat may synchronicity talaga sa mga nais nating gawin—from senate, to legislative, hanggang sa amin na magpapatupad ng policies on a community level.”

Kiko Dee agreed, “It’s why we’re here—we have opportunities to provide services we want to provide.”

The event encompassed a deep dive into each key topic and concluded with a Q&A portion where residents sounded off their concerns surrounding elections and ideas for improvement.
