Brownlee tutulong sa Philippines basketball

NATURALIZED player ng Gilas Pilipinas si Justin Brownlee at makailang ulit na itong tumanggap ng iba’t ibang parangal sa PBA bilang import ng Barangay Ginebra.
Hindi na maikakaila na may pusong Pinoy na ito.
Sanay na ito sa kultura ng mga Pilipino, sa sistema ng paglalaro sa Pilipinas, sa lengguwahe ng mga Pinoy at sa masasarap na pagkaing Pinoy.
Kaya naman bilang pasasalamat sa mainit na pagtanggap sa kanya ng buong sambayanan, nais ni Brownlee na masuklian ito.
Sumama na si Brownlee sa mga kapwa basketball stars nito na sina Scottie Thompson at Jayson Castro sa pagsuporta kay Milka Romero at 1Pacman Partylist na malalim ang adbokasiya sa sports at youth development.
“I actually want to give back to basketball. Hopefully I can do some things with younger kids and try to help the development of basketball here in the Philippines,” ani Brownlee.
Pormal nang naging Filipino citizen si Brownlee noong 2023 sa tulong ni outgoing 1Pacman representative Mikee Romero na siyang nagsulong ng bill para sa citizenship nito sa House of Representatives.
“I definitely appreciate that. I understand it wasn’t an easy process but I just appreciate all the senators and politicians who were involved. I can name so many but I’m just gonna say everyone that was involved, I just appreciate them,” ani Brownlee.
Nais ni Brownlee na maging kaakibat ni Milka sa programa ng 1Pacman para sa grassroots.
