GAB, nag-post ng mala-thirst trap photo na resulta ng extensive workout; dumaan noon sa mental health breakdown

NAG–POST ng mala-thirst trap na photo si Gab Valenciano na kinainteresan ng maraming netizen sa social media.

Nagpakita si Gab ng naging resulta ng kanyang extensive workout mula July hanggang September 2021. Kitang-kita ang six-pack abs niya sa kanyang body transformation.

Bahagi raw ito ng kanyang malaking pagbabago para mabalanse niya ang kanyang physical and mental growth. Hindi kaila sa marami na dumaan sa mental health breakdown noon ang anak ni Gary Valenciano.

“Physical and mental health is the true definition of wealth. Earlier this year, I wasn’t in a good place, battled anxiety and lost 20 pounds due to not eating and not sleeping properly. My mental struggles manifested, hence, my critical weight loss,” caption ni Gab sa IG.

Ngayon daw ay kaya nang tingnan ang sarili sa salamin, hindi tulad noon na ayaw niyang makita ang sarili.

“I hated what I saw in the mirror, so I had to make a choice. And I chose to fight. I surrounded myself with people who pushed me, who encouraged me and who helped me gain back my fire. And that goal was to start loving and taking care of ‘me’ again.

“I feel stronger than ever, confident and most importantly, happy. Make a decision to be better today, just life in general, and take it one day at a time. No need to rush. You’ll get there, you just need to keep walking towards the right direction,” diin pa niya.

Noong 2020, naging open si Gab sa pagkakaroon ng mental health problem at nais niyang maka-reach out sa maraming dumaranas ng depression, anxiety at severe sadness na puwedeng mauwi sa suicide,

“When everything seems to be fine, then you wake up the next day feeling absolutely worthless, blind and unable to see beyond the next day. Depression and your state of mind will never define you,” sey pa niya.

FUTURE beauty queen ang Kapuso actress na si Pamela Prinster.

Gumaganap siya bilang si Abby, ang kontrabida kay Beauty Gonzalez sa GMA afternoon teleserye na Stories From The Heart: Loving Miss Bridgette.

Una naming nakilala si Pamela sa set ng teleseryeng That’s My Amboy nila Barbie Forteza at Andre Paras noong 2016. 15 years old lang si Pam noon pero pam-beauty queen na ang height at personality niya.

Muli naming nakita si Pam noong sumali siya sa Starstruck season 7 noong 2019 at mas tumangkad at gumanda pa siya.

Sa tanong kung nasa plano ba niya na sumali ng beauty pageant, sinagot naman niya ay yes.

“It’s also in my dreams to be a beauty title holder. I guess in a few more years, I will be ready. For now, mas gusto ko munang umarte. I enjoy being an actress and working with so many people. I guess dito muna ako. Joining a beauty pageant is definitely in the works soon. I want to be Miss Philippines at the Miss Universe pageant!” sey pa niya.

Enjoy daw sa kanyang kontrabida role si Pamela dahil nagkakaroon daw siya ng sarili niyang character sa teleserye.

“I feel good about my role. Nabibigyan ko siya ng iba’t ibang interpretation. I can be sweet to Kelvin (Miranda), pero mataray ako kay Ms. Beauty. Tsaka bagay daw sa akin ang kontrabida. When I did That’s My Amboy, kontrabida rin ako doon ni Barbie, kaya nasanay na ako,” tawa pa niya.

Abangan na lang natin ang pagsali ni Pamela sa Miss Universe Philippines.

NAG-POST na rin ng kanyang pamamaalam ang Sex and the City star Sarah Jessica Parker sa pagpanaw ng kanyang co-star at kaibigan for 30 years na si Willie Garson.     Pumanaw si Garson dahil sa sakit na pancreatic cancer.

Nakasama ni SJP si Garson sa six season ng SATC at sa dalawang film versions nito. Huli na nilang pagsasama ang reboot ng SATC sa HBO Max na And Just Like That…

Heto ang post ni SJP sa kanyang IG: “It’s been unbearable. Sometimes silence is a statement. Of the gravity. The anguish. The magnitude of the loss of a 30 + year friendship.
