Fernando awards the certificate of commendation and appreciation to Malolos City Police headed by PMAJ Erickson Miranda during the Monday Flag Ceremony held at Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium, City of Malolos, Bulacan for capturing the Top 1 Most Wanted Person of City of Malolos and for their unwavering commitment to serve justice to the victims of crimes. Fernando ang sertipiko ng komendasyon at pagpapahalaga sa Malolos City Police sa pangunguna ni PMAJ Erickson Miranda sa idinaos na Lingguhang Pagtataas ng Watawat sa Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium, Lungsod ng Malolos, Bulacan noong Lunes dahil sa kanilang pagkakadakip sa Top 1 Most Wanted Person ng Lungsod ng Malolos at sa kanilang pagpupursiging maipagkaloob ang hustisya sa mga biktima ng krimen.
