Manny puno ng pasasalamat

Sa kabila ng kabiguan kay World Boxing Association (WBA) welterweight champion Yordenis Ugas, walang ibang bukambibig si Manny Pacquiao kundi pasasalamat.
Sa kanyang bagong post sa social media, nagpasalamat ito sa Panginoon sa paggabay nito sa kanyang laban noong Linggo sa Las Vegas, Nevada.
“I want to thank God for giving me the strength to fight,” ani Pacquiao.
Sa katunayan, madaling-araw na nakapagpahinga si Pacquiao matapos ang laban kung saan alas-4 ng umaga na ito nakatulog.
Subalit gumising ng alas-9 ng umaga si Pacquiao kasama ang kanyang pamilya para dumalo sa isang misa.
Patuloy din ang pasasalamat ni Pacquiao sa kanyang pamilya na kasama nito sa hirap man o ginhawa.
Muling nagpaabot ng congratulatory message si Pacquiao kay Ugas sa tagumpay nito.
Sa huli, pinasalamatan din ni Pacquiao ang milyun-milyong boxing fans sa buong mundo na sumuporta at nanood ng kanyang laban.
Ipinagmalaki ni Pacquiao na malaking karangalan para sa kanya na muling iwagayway ang bandila ng Pilipinas sa buong mundo upang ipamalas ang husay ng isang Pinoy.
“Thank you to the fans all around the world who were watching. Thank you to every Filipino that has ever supported me. I’m so proud to represent my country. I’m sorry I could not give you a win, but I did my very best. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU! God bless you all,” pagtatapos ni Pacquiao.
