Mojdeh hahataw sa Singapore meet

AARANGKADA si national pool member Micaela Jasmine Mojdeh sa prestihiyosong 20th Singapore National Swimming Championships na bahagi ng paghahanda nito para sa gaganaping SEA Games national tryouts sa Agosto.
Lalarga ang Singapore meet mula Mayo 31 hanggang Hunyo 3 kung saan sasabak ang Behrouz Elite Swimming Team (BEST) ace tanker sa apat na events —women’s 200m butterfly, 100m butterfly, 50m butterfly at 200m Individual Medley.
Lalahukan ang torneo ng matitikas na tankers kabilang na ang mga SEA Games gold medalist mula Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam at iba pa dahil magsisilbi rin itong qualifying para 2025 World Aquatics Swimming Championships.
Isa sa mga tututukan ni Mojdeh ang 200m butterfly kung saan hawak nito ang season best na 2:19 na nakuha nito sa Singapore National Age Group noong Marso.
“She is attempting to lower her time as they lead up to the SEA Games Trials in August. She is targeting the 200m fly and hopefully be able to lower it to at least 2:16,” ani BEST team manager Joan Mojdeh — ang proud mother ni Jasmine.
Bago tumulak sa Singapore, pukpukan ang naging ensayo ni Mojdeh kasama sina veteran coach Sherwyn Santiago at strength and conditioning expert Jerricson Llanos para masigurong handang-handa ito sa laban.
“So they will know what to adjustments to do leading up to SEA Games trials. She has been working hard with her two coaches Sherwyn Santiago and Jerricson Llanos in hopes of qualifying for the SEA Games this year,” dagdag ni Joan.
