Mula Oct 18-31: Bulacan, Apayao at Capiz, nasa ilalim na ng GCQ

INAPRUBAHAN ng Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) ang rekumendasyon na ilagay ang Bulacan, Apayao at Capiz sa General Community Quarantine (GCQ) mula Oktubre 18, 2021 hanggang Oktubre 31, 2021.
Nauna nang inilagay sa ilalim ng Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) ang Bulacan at Apayao habang ang Capiz naman ay iniyal na isinailalim sa GCQ “with heightened restrictions.”
Kamakalawa ay inaprubahan naman ng IATF na ilagay sa ilalim ng Alert Level 3 ang National Capital Region simula noong Oktubre 16, 2021 hanggang Oktubre 31, 2021.
Sa ilalim ng Alert Level 3, bubuksan ang ilang establismyento at personal care services hanggang 30% kahit ano pa ang vaccination status.
Papayagan ding makapag-operate ang museums, libraries, internet cafes, billiard halls, amusement arcades, casinos, cockfighting, lottery, gyms, spas, leisure centers, at iba pa. (Bishop Jesus “Jemba” M. Basco)
