Tsina, itinanggi na pinopondohan ang ‘pro-China trolls’ sa Pinas

“CATEGORICALLY  false and baseless.”

Ganito kung ilarawan ng Tsina ang sinabi ng isang mambabatas na maaaring pinopondohan ng Beijing ang “destabilization efforts” sa Maynila sa pamamagitan ng online trolls.

Sinabi ng Chinese embassy sa Maynila dapat na itigil ng mga Filipino politicians ang mga ganitong klase ng alingasngas na makapagpapaigting sa maritime tension sa pagitan ng Tsina at Pilipinas.

“Such irresponsible remarks heightened tensions over the South China Sea, poisoned the atmosphere of China-Philippines relations and undermined the diplomatic efforts to manage our differences through dialogue and consultation,” ayon sa kalatas ng embahada.

“China has always advocated and remains committed to properly managing maritime differences through dialogue and consultation,” ayon pa rin sa embahada sabay sabing “China will keep the door of dialogue and contact open.”

Sa ulat, sinabi ni Senador JV Ejercito na posibleng pinopondohan umano ng China ang destabilization efforts sa Pilipinas sa pamamagitan ng mga trolls at mga pro-Beijing sa gitna ng awayan sa teritoryo sa West Philippine Sea (WPS).

Ayon kay Ejercito, maging siya ay biktima ng coordinated social media attacks mula sa umano’y mga trolls dahil sa hayagang pagkondena sa ginagawa ng China sa WPS.

Puna pa ni Ejercito, na ang social media users ay nauna nang tinarget sina House Speaker Martin Romualdez, Philippine Coast Guard Commodore Jay Tarriela, Defense Secretary Gilberto Teodoro Jr. at Senate President Migz Zubiri.

Ang buwelta naman ng China, ang mga nagpaparatang at nagbibigay ng ganitong alegasyon ay dapat na “do more in line with the interests of the Filipino people and China-Philippines friendship, instead of making irresponsible anti-China accusations.”

“We also hope that the Philippine government listens to the voice of reason, acts upon the call of the two peoples, works with China to earnestly honor the consensus of the two heads-of-state on properly handling disputes through dialogue and consultation so as to ensure sound growth of China-Philippines ties and jointly safeguard peace and stability in the South China Sea,” ayon pa sa Tsina.
