TONY, nakapagpiyansa na at nag-file na rin ng motion for reconsideration para sa kaso niya

NAKAPAGPIYANSA ang kontrobersyal na aktor na si Tony Labrusca pagkatapos siyang kasuhan for aggravated acts of lasciviousness ng Makati Office of the City Prosecutor.

Sa kanyang statement to ABS-CBN News Monday, Labrusca’s counsel Joji Alonso affirmed that Labrusca is innocent of the acts of lasciviousness charge.

“We sustain that Mr. Labrusca is innocent, and we shall remain steadfast in vindicating his name. To protect our client’s rights, we filed a Motion for Reconsideration questioning the credence of said ruling.

“Mr. Labrusca has posted bail, as well. We firmly stand that other than complainant’s unfounded assertions, there is utter lack of evidence to support her accusations against our client.”

Samantala, ang legal counsel ng complainant laban kay Labrusca ay tinawag na vindication ang naging desisyon ng Makati Prosecutor’s Office.

“My client together with all the victims of abuses by public figures such as Tony Labrusca are all happy that the City Prosecutor of Makati City led by Chief Dindo Venturanza had found probable cause to file criminal charges against him for acts of lasciviousness.

“While the filing of the charge in court is merely the first stage in our client’s quest for justice, like any victim of abuses, she would still need to endure and persevere in this quest by recalling all the traumatic acts done to her for a few more years until trial is concluded.      

“Nevertheless, she is hopeful that the news of Mr. Labrusca eventually getting what he deserves would encourage other women and anyone also victimized by Mr. Labrusca and other public figures whether sexual or otherwise, to not be afraid to stand up and be heard because the government through Offices such as the Office of the City Prosecutor of Makati City with its courageous army of prosecutors are competent instruments of justice and are allies in the #metoo movement,” ayon pa kay legal counsel Regie Tongol.

“Taga Camarines Sur po ako at marami nang tourists ang nakarating sa amin. I’ve been to Sorsogon noon pa pero it was not as beautiful as it is now noong mag-taping kami. And there are other places there na undiscovered pa. 

“Kaya being a proud uragon, gusto kong maraming makakita ng ganda ng Sorsogon. Makakatulong po ng malaki sa tourism at mabibigyan ng maraming trabaho at negosyo ang mga tao roon.”

Tungkol naman kay Mavy Legaspi, inamin ni Kyline na nanliligaw sa kanya ito. At ang maganda pa ay approved ang mommy ni Mavy na si Carmina Villarroel sa panliligaw ng anak kay Kyline.

Kilala na raw kasi ni Mina si Kyline dahil nagkasama na sila noon sa teleserye na Kambal, Karibal noong 2017.

SA nilabas na memoir titled Will ng Hollywood actor na si Will Smith, may isang chapter sa libro kunsaan kinuwento niya kung paano siya nahuli ng kanyang ina na nakikipag-sex sa kanyang girlfriend sa kusina.

Kuwento ng 53-year old actor: “I was 16 years old and living in Philadelphia with my mother. As a teenager, I had a relationship with Melanie Parker in high school and later fell deeply and totally in love with her. 

“My mother had to come downstairs to make herself a cup of coffee. She flipped the light switch as she had done tens of thousands of times before. But this time, her eyes landed upon her eldest son and his girlfriend deep in throes of reckless lovemaking.

“As a teenager, outside of physical injury, you cannot feel worse than having your mother catch you and your girlfriend doggy-style on her kitchen floor.

“I’m still not exactly sure why I did what I did that night. To this day, I have no idea what I was thinking. Of all the experiences I am sharing in this book, this is the individual moment of personal behavior that makes the least sense to me.” 

Sinubukan daw ni Will na mag-reach out kay Parker para mag-apologize sa nangyari sa kanila. Pinayagan daw kasing tumira ng mother ng aktor si Parker sa kanilang bahay dahil nakulong ang ina nito. Pero ang kasunduan ay hindi sila magse-sex ni Will.

Pero naging mapusok si Will at natukso niya si Parker, kaya after three months ay nahuli sila sa kusina na siyang naging dahilan kung bakit lumayo na si Parker.

“She was the victim of one of the lowest points in my life. Yes, we were young, yes, we hurt each other, but she did not deserve how I treated her; she did not deserve how it ended,” sey pa ni Will.
