MAGAGANAP sa Biyernes ang launching ni Bea Alonzo bilang bagong Brand Ambassador ng Beautederm REIKO Slimaxine at REIKO Fitox.

Ito ang bagong dagdag sa mga endorsements ni Bea. Two of her new endorsements are Century Tuna at Kopiko Blanca.

Laging bongga ang launching ng Beautederm ni Ms. Rhea Tan. Ano naman kaya ang pasabog niya sa grand launch ni Bea?

INANUNSIYO na ng Asia Centre, a research institute that aims to create social impact in the region, ang nagwagi para sa 2021-2022 Journalism for Equitable Asia award.

Ang theme ng ceremony this year ay ‘Inequality – Threat to Lives and Livelihoods.’

Ang tatlong winners out of 10 nominations ay sina Atom Araullo (First Place) para sa “The Hunger Pandemic”; Marielle Luceno (Second Place para sa article na “The Gold Trap: Covid-19 is pushing more Filipino children into hazardous work; and third place goes to Vantha Phoung, Lay Sopheavotey and Gerald Flynn for their work on “Locked Down and Out of Work: Desperation Sets in Among Garment Workers.”

Ang layunin ng Journalism for Equitable Asia award ay kilalananin ang  journalism that has highlighted the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the lives and livelihoods of disadvantaged groups including women, ethnic, religious and gender minorities, migrant and informal workers.

Eligible stories can cover a wide range of issues related to inequality including but not limited to access to healthcare, reproductive health services and COVID-19 vaccination, unequal access to education during the pandemic.

Ayon sa dating tagapagsalita ni Pangulong Duterte, welcome na welcome sa kanya ang pagkandidato ng ibang showbiz personalities for a Senate seat.

Pero sana raw ay handa ito sa trabaho sa senado which is to create laws.

Sina Robin Padilla at former QC Mayor Herbert Bautista ay kasama ni Sec. Roque sa senatorial line-up ng partido ng Team Unity.

Sec. Roque paid tribute to Filipino workers and to classical Filipino poet Jose Corazon de Jesus or Huseng Batute by reading his poem entitled ‘Manggagawa.’

Sabi ni Sec. Roque na ang poetry, arts and entertainment ay importante sa pag-unlad ng ating bansa.

Dahil isa human rights advocate, hiningi ang kanyang comment sa pananakit ng actor na si Kit Thompson sa gf niyang si Ana Jalandoni,

On a personal, note bilang isang lalaki, sinabi ni Sec. Roque na nahihiya siya sa ginawa ni Kit. At gusto niyang humingi ng paumanhin sa ginawa ng aktor.

“Hindi dapat nanakit ng babae ang isang lalaki,” sabi ni Sec. Roque.
