PEKENG OPERATION ORDER HUWAG MANIWALA

NAGBABALA ang Bureau of Immigration (BI) sa mga dayuhan hinggil sa isang pekeng operations order na kumakalat sa mga chat group sa internet.
Sinabi ni BI Commissioner Norman Tansingco na ang kumakalat na operation order na may titulong ‘checking overstaying and illegal employment in various entertainment places’ ay hindi inisyu ng BI.
Ang pekeng kautusan na umano’y nag-uutos na inspeksiyunin ang mga entertainment na lugar sa Maynila, kabilang ang mga bars, KTVs, music houses, golf clubs, bowling alleys, internet cafes, amusement parks, casinos, hotels, guest houses, at restaurants apang halughugin ang mga illegal na dayuhan.
“No such order has been issued by the BI,” ani Tansingco. “Our operatives are not authorized to randomly inspect establishments, but instead are required to secure a mission order to conduct an arrest. A mission order is only issued upon thorough investigation and confirmation that the subject foreign national has indeed violated immigration laws,” dagdag pa nito.
Naniniwala si Tansingco na ang pekeng kautusan at ginagamit ng mga sindikato upang takutin ang mga dayuhan at ma-scam sila.
Sinabi ni tansingco na i-report ito sa local enforcement agencies. GENE ADSUARA
