Nakapag-recharge sa bakasyon sa Japan; CARLA, naging stress-reliever ang mag-yoga

PROUD si Patricia Javier sa kanyang 16-year old son na si Robert Douglas Walcher IV dahil ito ang mag-represent ng ating bansa sa Mister Teen International 2023 pageant na magaganap sa Thailand on June 1.

Noong May 28 ay sinamahan ni Patricia si Robert sa paglipad nito sa Thailand. Bilang mother ay gustong masiguro ni Patricia na maayos ang mga gagamitin ng anak sa kanyang pag-compete sa naturang male pageant.

Mensahe ni Patricia sa kanyang anak ay: “Thank you for being a good son. Ang galing pala sumagot ng anak ko sa Q&A. Just enjoy your pageant journey and be proud to be a Filipino. We plant a good seed in your heart. Be God-fearing and continue to e generous to others. And when you are in the pageant, show them how Filipinos love other people. As you have said also, it’s not the looks but how you treat people. We love you.”

Mensahe naman ng ama ni Robert na si Dr. Robert Walcher: “I’ve said to Robert, you have been presented this opportunity to represent the Philippines. So why not do this and why not give it 100 percent? Who knows what’s gonna happen? This is just a part of your journey in life. I always tell my kids that we grow when we come out of our comfort zone. Whether you’re old or young you have to continue to push yourself. Of course, this is gonna be hard and Robert needs to be strong and lean to God. Just do the best that you can. You’re gonna do great and I’m just excited for you.”

Sinabi naman ni Robert sa kanyang supportive parents ay: “I  just want to thank my parents for the support. You guys have been so good to me. So thank you guys. I love you!”

Papasukin din daw ni Robert ang show business after ng competition sa Thailand. Ang Fashion designer na si Don Cristobal ang gumawa ng national costume at ilang outfits na isusuot ni Robert sa naturang international competition.

NAKAPAG-RECHARGE na si Carla Abellana noong magbakasyon ito sa Japan kamakailan.

Bukod sa pag-asikaso ng kanyang malapit nang matapos na bahay, nagiging therapy niya ang kanyang handcrafted soap business.

Pinost ni Carla sa Instagram ang proseso sa paggawa ng kanyang sabon. Isa raw ito sa nakakakalma sa aktres lalo na kapag nase-stress ito sa trabaho at para na rin gumaan ang anumang mabigat sa kalooban niya.

Naging stress-reliever din ng Voltes V: Legacy star ang mag-yoga. Pinost nga niya ang ilang yoga poses sa social media na kayang gawin ng kanyang followers.

At kapag gusto naman daw ng aktres na magsaya, nagvi-videoke ito kahit na mag-isa lang siya. Caption pa ni Carla sa pinost na IG video: “When you’re the last one standing, ay este singing. Missing the barkada extra tonight!”
