Pastor Quiboloy, dapat harapin ang kaso dito sa Pilipinas at sa Estados Unidos upang patunayan ang kanyang sarili

TINULIGSA ni ACT Teachers Partylist Rep. France Castro si Kingdom of Jesus Christ leader Pastor Apollo Quiboloy kasunod na rin sa kanyang mga demands bago sumuko.
Ayon sa mambabatas, dapat harapin nito ang kaso dito sa Pilipinas at sa Estados Unidos upang patunayan ang kanyang sarili laban sa mga alegasyong ibinabato sa kanya.
“Quiboloy should just face the charges against him here and in the US to prove if he is indeed innocent. He should also attend the hearings in Congress and the Senate instead of just being a fugitive. Sa pagtatago nya lalo lang lumalakas ang argumento na mukhang guilty talaga siya,” pagdidiin ni Castro.
Ilan sa mga hinihingi ni Quiboloy ay written guarantee na hindi makikialam ang US sa kaso niya dito sa Pilipinas at hindi rin makikialam ang Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) at US embassy.
Nais din ni Quiboloy na maglabas ng written guarantee mula kina Presidente Marcos, Department of Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla, Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Rommel Francisco Marbil at National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) director Medardo de Lemos na hindi makikialam ang US government.
“Feelingero talaga hanggang ngayon,” ani Castro sa mga demand ni Quiboloy.
Una nang naglabas ang isang Davao City court ng warrants of arrest laban kay Quiboloy at sa lima nitong f ollowers dahil sa paglabag sa Republic Act 7610 oSpecial Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act. (Vina de Guzman)
