AFP chief pinaalalahanan ang mga sundalo na manatiling tapat sa Konstitusyon

Pina-alalahanan ni AFP Chief of Staff Gen. Jose Faustino Jr, ang lahat ng miyembro ng Sandatahang Lakas ng Pilipinas na manatiling tapat sa Konstitusyon.
Ang paalala ay ginawa ni Faustino sa kaniyang mensahe sapagdiriwang ng ika-31st Aniberdsaryo ng AFP Code of Conduct .
Ayon kay Faustino, responsibilidad ng bawat sundalo na itaguyod ang integridad at dangal sa pagganap ng kanilang mandato na pagsilbihan ang bayan.
” We must always be reminded of our sworn duty and loyalty to the Constitution and its democratic institutions,” pahayag ni Gen. Faustino.
Ang nasabing mensahe ni Chief of Staff ay sabay sabay na binasa ng mga unit commanders sa buong bansa na sinundan ng renewal of Pledge of Allegiance sa AFP Code of Conduct.
Nakiisa sa pledge of allegiance ang lahat ng AFP Major Services, Unified Commands, units and offices ng AFP sa buong bansa sa pamamagitan ng virtual conference.
Ang AFP Code of Conduct Day ay isang paraan para paalalahanan ang bawat sundalo na respetuhin ang batas at ang legal processes.
Hinimok naman ni Faustino ang mga sundalo na ipagpatuloy na tumulong sa pagmantini ng isang “transparent” at “accountable” na AFP na ikararangal ng buong bansa. (Daris Jose)
