Buhay pa rin ang alaala after twenty years: CLAUDINE, naging emosyonal sa mensahe ng ina ng yumaong aktor na si RICO

MULING nakasama ni Claudine Barretto si Mrs. Teresita Castro-Yan, ang ina ng yumaong aktor at former boyfriend ng aktres na si Rico Yan. 

Naganap ito noong March 28, 2022 sa Manila Memorial Park, Parañaque City upang gunitain ang ika-dalawampung anibersaryo ng kamatayan ni Rico, na sumakabilang-buhay noong March 29, 2002 sa Dos Palmas Resort, Puerto Princesa, Palawan.

Nakasama nina Mrs. Yan at Claudine ang mga tagahanga ni Rico na hindi pa rin nagbabago ang pagmamahal nila sa aktor.

Sa IG post ni @rycbstan, nagbigay ng mensahe ng pasasalamat si Mrs. Yan sa mga dumating at hindi talaga nakalilimot sa kanyang yumaong anak.

Panimula niya, “Tinatanong ni Bobby [Yan, nakatatandang kapatid ni Rico] sa akin, sabi niya, ‘How do you process the fact that Rico has been gone for twenty years?’

“Sabi ko, ‘You know, I think I’m in a very unusual place, a very privileged place, because Rico is gone but people still love him.’

“I guess, you cannot find anybody who’s in that place because I have friends who have lost their children. But that’s it, they lost their children.”

Sabi pa niya, “Pero si Rico, buhay, buhay, buhay wherever I go, whether it’s here, whether it’s in the States… wherever I go.”

“I know people who still love Rico and I am very, very grateful for that.

“Kaya even if he’s gone, of course we miss him, that’s natural, but I think he lives in your hearts, he lives in our hearts and, of course, in Claudine’s heart.”

Dito na nagsimulang mapaiyak si Claudine, pati ang mga fans nila na nakikinig ng mensahe.

Ininvite daw ni Mrs. Yan si Claudine sa 20^th death anniversary dahil, “She’s been part of Rico. Rico loved her. She loves Rico. That won’t change.

“So, after twenty years… that’s it, so now let’s celebrate that, not only the 20th death anniversary of Rico but with Claudine by my side.”

Kinunan din ng maikling mensahe si Claudine at nagpasalamat din sa lahat ng pumunta at naki-celebrate kasama ang ina ni Rico.

Pahayag ng aktres, “Salamat sa pagpunta ninyong lahat. Thank you Tita for inviting me.

“Rico is so happy right now, sobrang saya niya.

“Isa lang talaga yung hinihingi ko, twenty years ago, na huwag natin siyang kalimutan. Pero ginawa niyo talaga so thank you so much.”
