Bypass project, mapapalakas ang farming industry sa Bulacan

MAPAPALAKAS  ng  infrastructure projects sa  Bulacan ang pagiging produktibo ng pagsasaka sa lalawigan.

Ito’y matapos na pasinayaan ang  Arterial Road Bypass Project Phase III (ARBP III) Contract Package 4 sa  San Rafael, Bulacan.

Winika ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr., sa kanyang talumpati na binasa ni  Special Assistant to the President Antonio Ernesto Floirendo Lagdameo Jr. na ang proyekto ay mahalagang hakbang “towards the realization of our dream of a better Philippines that is filled with hope, brimming with optimism, and teeming with boundless opportunities.”

“With the enhanced road capacity and the substantially shortened travel time, this project will revolutionize not only the movement of people, but also of agricultural products and services, thereby boosting the productivity of the farming industry in Bulacan,” ayon pa rin sa talumpati.

“In time, this will attract even more investments, create more employment opportunities, and perpetuate a positive cycle of development that will benefit the province of Bulacan and its residents,” dagdag na pahayag nito.

Tinuran pa ni Pangulong Marcos na tinitingnan ng administrasyon na kompletuhin ang ARBP III sa Marso 2024.

Kaugnay nito, inatasan ng Pangulo si  Department of Public Works and Highways na tiyakin na ang lahat ng ‘outstanding issues’ partikular na ang may kinalaman sa road right-of-way—ay kaagad na matutugunan.

Nagpasalamat naman ang Pangulo sa  Japan International Cooperation Agency o JICA  para sa suporta nito sa proyekto.

Sa kabilang dako, sinabi naman ng Presidential Communications Offic na ang  ARBP III ay isa lamang sa ilang road projects sa iba’t ibang bansa.

Samantala, may 197 infrastructure flagship projects, kabilang ang transportation connectivity projects, sa iba’t ibang  “stages of development” sa ilalim ng  Build-Better-More Programpara suportahan ang nilalayon nito. (Daris Jose)
