COVID-19 cases sumirit pa sa halos 310,000; new cases 2,025

BALIK sa higit 2,000 ang bilang ng mga nadagdag na bagong kaso ng COVID-19 mula sa pagsirit nito sa higit 3,000 kahapon.
Batay sa case bulletin ng De- partment of Health, mayroong 2,025 additional confirmed cases ngayong araw. Dahil dito umakyat pa ang total ng COVID-19 cases sa 309,303. Apat na laboratoryo lang daw ang hindi nakapag-submit ng report kagabi. Kabilang dito ang:
1. Dr. Rafael S. Tumbokon Memorial Hospital
2. Kaiser Medical Center Inc.
3. Safeguard DNA Diagnostics
4. The Doctors Hospital, Inc.
“Of the 2,025 reported cases today, 1,641 (81%) occurred within the recent 14 days (September 16 – September 29, 2020). The top regions with cases in the recent two weeks were NCR (540 or 33%), Region 4A (296 or 18%) and Region 3 (239 or 15%).”
Ang mga active cases o nagpapagaling pa ay nasa 50,925.
Samantala, 290 ang additional sa total recoveries na ngayon ay nasa 252,930. Habang 68 ang nadagdag sa death toll na pumapalo na sa 5,448.
“Of the 68 deaths, 49 occurred in September (72%), 12 in August (18%) 4 in July (6%) 2 in May (3%) and 1 in April (1%). Deaths were from NCR (26 or 38%), Region 6 (13 or 19%), Region 4A (7 or 10%), Region 3 (6 or 9%), Region 5 (3 or 4%), Region 9 (3 or 4%), Region 7 (2 or 3%), Region 10 (2 or 3%), Region 12 (2 or 3%), Region 4B (2 or 3%), Region 11 (1 or 1%), and BARMM (1 or 1%).”
Ayon sa DOH, 10 duplicates ang kanilang tinanggal mula sa total case count, kung saan apat ang recoveries at isa ang death case.
Mayroon din 21 recoveries ang pinalitan ng tagging matapos matukoy sa validation na sila ay mga patay na. (Ara Romero)
