Dumaan sa maraming pagsubok bago nag-tagumpay: SOFRONIO, first Filipino and Asian na nagwagi sa ’The Voice USA’

ANG Filipino singer na si Sofronio Vasquez ang kauna-unahang Pinoy at Asian na manalo sa ‘The Voice USA’.

Dumaan sa maraming pagsubok so Sofronio bago niya narating ang The Voice USA stage. Kasama rito ang malayo siya sa kanyang pamilya.

“The hardest thing that I did with this journey is being away from my family. Being in the Philippines is really weird because we have a different scene of music there… they are not looking for the big belters here. And I overcame. I think I was just like, ‘Come on, Sofronio, settle in. You have your voice, you have your heart. Just sing it.”

Manalo o matalo raw si Sofronio, magiging proud pa rin daw siya sa narating niya sa contest.

“We’re just going to celebrate that this was a very, very good run for The Voice and we really felt that we are loved by the production and no one is superior… we are all loved.”

Pinanganak at lumaki sa Pilipinas si Sofronio. Nakatapos siya ng dentistry course at may doctorare degree bago siya pumunta sa US para magtrabaho bilang dental assistant.

Bago ang ‘The Voice USA’, naging semi-finalist siya sa Tawag Ng Tanghalan sa ‘It’s Showtime.’

Kasalukuyang siyang nakatira sa Utica, New York. Ni-represent niya sa ‘The Voice USA’ ang community of Utica at ang Philippines.

Pinuri si Sofronio ng maraming nanood ng The Voice. Isang X user ang humanga sa finale performance niya.

“That was his coronation song… his acceptance speech. Sofronio is #TheVoice!”

AFTER 149 shows in five continents, nagtapos na ang ‘Eras Tour’ ni Taylor Swift sa last show nito sa Vancouver, Canada.

“This tour has been the adventure of a lifetime, and I speak on behalf of my band, my crew, my fellow performers who all left their families and have spent time away from everything that they know and love, and have performed when they were sick, when anything was going on in their lives, they made sure that this show happened for you. And I just wanted to say that on behalf of all of us, we will never forget you giving us that moment,” emote ni Taylor.

Dahil sa huge success ng tour, nagbigay si Taylor ng $197 million bonus para sa lahat sa lahat ng production staff ng tour, kabilang ang truck drivers, caterers, dancers and musicians.

Ang ‘Eras Tour’ ang highest-grossing tour of all time na kumita ng higit sa $2 billion!
