Iloilo City inilagay sa MECQ simula Sept. 25 hanggang Oct. 9 – IATF

INANUNSIYO ng Malacañang ang paglagay sa Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) ang lungsod ng Iloilo.
Sinabi ni Presidential spokesper- son Harry Roque na magsisimula sa Setyembre 25 o nitong araw ng Biyernes hanggang Oktubre 9 ang MECQ.
Nauna nang ikinokonsidera ni Iloilo City Mayor Jerry Trenas ang pagsasailalim sa modified general community quarantine ang lungsod.
Ito ay dahil umano sa patuloy na pagtaas ng bilang ng mga kaso ng COVID-19 sa nasabing lungsod.
Umabot na kasi sa 32 kaso ng COVID0-19 sa nasabing lungsod.
This is to inform that Iloilo City has been placed under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) effective September 25, 2020 until October 9, 2020,” ani Sec. Roque sa statement. “We likewise notify the public that facility-based isolation shall be required for confirmed asymptomatic and mild COVID-19 cases, except where, as confirmed by the local health officer, the patient is considered vulnerable or having comorbidities and that his/her home meets the conditions specified in the Department of Health and the Department of the Interior and Local Government Joint Administrative Order 2020- 0001.” (Ara Romero)
