Mental health problem ni CHYNNA, nagsimula noong pumanaw ang ama; nagpapagaling na sa matinding pagpayat

MARAMI ang nabahala sa biglang pagpayat ng katawan ni Chynna Ortaleza.
Sa post nito sa Instagram, inamin nito ang pagbagsak ng timbang niya mula 109 to 86 pounds kahit na hindi siya nagda-diet o nagwu-workout.
Bukod sa kanyang iniindang gut problem, nakadagdag pa raw sa pagpayat ni Chynna ay ang kanyang mental health issues.
Sey ni Chynna: “When you get sick, you have to get into the root cause of it, you know why you’re treating it and it’s not just the symptom you’re treating. You need to know why it’s happening and usually, it’s functional or mental. In my case, it’s both.”
Nagsimula raw ang mental health problem ni Chynna noong pumanaw ang ama niya noong 2019. Nagkasunud-sunod daw ang mga pangyayari sa buhay niya kaya di raw siya masyadong nakapagluksa.
“I didn’t give myself time to grieve in all honesty about my papa so after that, I became a mom again and faced different adjustments since, now, I have two kids. Apart from that, the pandemic happened, so I had to process a lot of things,” sey pa niya.
Nagpapagaling ngayon si Chynna pero marami raw pagkain ang bawal niyang kainin tulad ng cheese, dairy, eggs at yung may gluten.
