MICHAEL CINCO, na-imbiyerna at binanatan ang glam team ni Miss Universe Canada NOVA STEVENS sa pagkakalat ng ‘fake news’

IMBIYERNA ang Dubai-based Filipino fashion designer na si Michael Cinco sa pinakakalat na fake news ng glam team ni Miss Universe Canada Nova Stevens.

Sinisi ng naturang team si Cinco kaya hindi nakapasok sa Top 21 semi-finalist ang kanilang representative sa Miss Universe 2020. Pinapalabas ng Canadian team na sinabotahe raw ni Cinco ang gown ni Miss Canada. Bukod daw sa late dumating ang gown, hindi rin daw tama ang pagkaka-fit sa katawan ni Miss Canada.

“I spoke with them (Miss Universe Canada glam team) and requested them to not make this a big issue – because it is not the truth. But they are ungrateful and still made this matter in public so I have to air my side and set the record straight,” talak ni Cinco.

Heto ang pinost ni Cinco sa kanyang Facebook: “You have been spreading fake news about me and my team being unprofessional days before the pageant but I chose to be quiet and calm. But this time, I need to stand up for me and my team, as it is just so UNFAIR! I strongly take offense as it involves my team and my credibility. Not to mention, the eventual realization that I have been used and SCAMMED by these low lives PSEUDO GLAM TEAM.” 

Binunyag ni Cinco na pinilit daw ng glam team na gawing 23” ang dapat na 26” na waistline ni Miss Canada sa gown nito.

“You were forcing me to make Nova’s 26” waistline to be cinched to 23”, which I obviously didn’t heed even if you said that in pageants, comfort doesn’t matter. But PLEASE dont say that her gown was ill-fitting.”

Malaki rin daw ang ginastos ni Cinco sa ginawang photoshoot ni Miss Canada sa Dubai.

“I even went out of my way hiring a team of a world-class photographer to shoot her in my couture gowns at a world-class location in Dubai just to give her extra publicity mileage and create for her a balance of glam and luxury as opposed to her humble homecoming in Africa. And everything was PAID FOR BY ME. Did you get that?!”

Tatlong taon na raw ginagamit ng Miss Universe Canada glam team ang kanyang serbisyo at never daw siyang binayaran ng mga ito para sa mga ginawa niyang gowns para sa mga kandidata nila.

“A SIMPLE THANK YOU NOTE FROM NOVA, YOU AND YOUR TEAM would have sufficed. But you don’t have the grace and decency to do that. YOU ALL ARE UNGRATEFUL, VILE and professional USERS. Next time don’t ask me or any FILIPINO designers to dress up your candidates. Ask your Canadian designers to showcase your works in the world stage!”

Dahil sa ginawa ng glam team sa kanya, never na raw niyang tutulungan ang mga ito.

“I don’t need you in my career. Dressing up your candidates will not help my business. Stop scamming Filipino designers. HOW DARE YOU!”

MATUTUWA ang fans ng isa sa sikat na ‘80s English new wave band na Duran Duran dahil magpe-perform sila sa Billboard Music Awards.

Ayon sa balita ng “Extra”, they will perform a medley of songs, including their new single “Invisible,” at the Billboard Music Awards.

Nanguna ang Duran Duran sa naging second British invasion sa US noong dekada ‘80. Binubuo ang banda nina Simon Le Bon, Andy Taylor, Roger Taylor, John Taylor at Nick Rhodes.

Kabilang sa mga naging hit singles nila ay “Union of the Snake”, “Hungry Like A Wolf”, “The Reflex”, “Girls On Film”, “Save A Prayer”, “Rio”, “New Moon On Monday”, “The Wild Boys”, “Notorious” and “A View To A Kill”.

Duran Duran have released 14 studio albums, four live albums, 39 singles, and sold over 100 million records worldwide.
