Pag-IBIG Fund nag-alok ng pinakamababang interest rates sa new borrowers

Nag-alok din ang Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG Fund) ng kanilang promotional loans na magbibigay ng mas mababang interest rates sa mga housing loans.

Ayon kay Pag-IBIG Fund vice president for public relations and information services Karin-Lei Franco-Garcia ang umaabot sa 4.895% na ibibigay nilang interest rates sa mga bagong borrowers ay hanggang December 2020 lamang.

Sinasabing ito na raw ang pinakamababang inalok na interest rates sa kasaysayan ng Pag-IBIG fund.

Sa ilalim ng promo, ang 4.985% per annum ay merong one-year repricing period.

Ang mga members borrowers ay pwede ring mag-avail ng 5.375% per annum interest rates sa ilalim ng three-year repricing period.

“We review our rates regularly and have never repriced it upward under the Duterte administration. Our ever-improving quality of portfolio has allowed us to keep the rates low under our Risk-Based Pricing Model. But this time, we are offering something special. In consideration of the impact of the pandemic on the livelihood of our members, we reduced our home loan rates by as much 100 basis points for the next six months because we want to help members who are thinking of buying a home to take advantage of our lower-than-lowest rates.
