Pangulong Duterte at Senator Bong Go, sumailalim sa COVID-19 test

TAPOS na ang COVID-19 test kina Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte at Sen. Bong Go.

Sinabi ni Sen. Go, alas 5pm kahapon nang kunan sila ng swab sample sa Bahay Pagbabago sa PSG Compound.
Nais umano nilang makatiyak na negatibo sila sa virus matapos makahalubilo nila kamakailan ang isang nagpositibo sa COVID-19.

Hinihintay pa ang resulta ng nasabing laboratory test kina Pangulong Duterte at Sen. Go.

Binigyang diin ngayon ni Presidential Spokesman Salvador Panelo na walanga numang sintoma ng coronavirus disease (COVID-19) ang Pangulong Rodrido Duterte.

“While PRRD and Senator Go do not have the symptoms of the virus, they have opted to undergo the test to ensure that they are fit and healthy to perform their duties as government workers,” ani Panelo.

“They are undertaking this pre-emptive step as per advice of health officials given that they have regularly engaged with Cabinet officials, some of whom have opted to undergo self-quarantine as they were exposed to those infected with #COVID19.”

Una rito kinumpirma ni Sen. Go na sasailalim sa coronavirus disease testing ang Pangulong Duterte.

Sinabi ng dating aide ito raw ang napagpasyahan ng Pangulo matapos na ianunsiyo ng ilang mga cabinet members na sasailalim sila sa self-quarantine makaraang makasalamuha ang mga nagpositibo sa COVID-19.

Ayon pa sa senador, sumailalim sila sa pagsusuri para matiyak na sila ay “fit and healthy” na makasalamuha ng publiko.

“We are doing this to ensure that we are fit and healthy to engage the public and perform our duties in the coming days and weeks. As always, the President and I remain ready to serve and die for the Filipino people,” wika pa ni Go sa statement.
