Petisyon laban sa kandidatura ni Presumptive President Marcos, naihain na sa SC

NAKARATING na sa Supreme Court (SC) ang petisyon para ipakansela ang certificate of candidacy (CoC) ni presumptive president Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.
Humirit din ang mga petitioners sa Supreme Court (SC) na mag-isyu ang kataas-taasang hukuman ng temporary restraining order (TRO) para harangin ang pagbibilang ng mga boto at ang proklamasyon kapag ito ay ideklarang manalo.
Kasama na rito ang nais ng grupo na ipaharang ang canvassing ng mga boto ng Senado at House of Representatives.
Kabilang sa mga petitioners ay sina Father Christian Buenafe, Fides Lim, Ma. Edeliza Hernandez, Celia Lagman Sevilla, Roland Vibal at Josephine Lascano. (Daris Jose)
