PRC, aminadong hindi madali ang pagsasagawa ng licensure examination sa gitna ng pandemya

TINATAYANG umabot na sa 62 mula sa 101 scheduled licensure examinations ang naisagawa ng Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) noong 2021 kumpara noong 2020 na nasa 11 mula sa 85 examinations lamang.
Sa Laging Handa briefing, inamin ni PRC Chairperson Teofilo Pilando, Jr., na hindi naging madali ang pagsasagawa ng mga examinations sa nakalipas na taon dahil ongoing pa rin ang pandemya at pabagu-bago ang mga community quarantine classifications, travel restrictions at ang safety protocols.
Gayunpaman, kahit papano’y may mga naisakatuparan pa ring mga licensure examination ang kanilang ahensya.
Aniya, ito’y sa tulong na rin ng pakikipag-ugnayan, tulungan at pag-apruba ng National at local IATF, local government units at iba pang mga kinauukulang ahensya ng pamahalaan.
Sinabi pa ni Pilando, ikinunsidera at binalanse rin nila sa pagsasagawa ng eksaminasyon ang kaligtasan ng mga examinees, mga exam personnel at ang pangangailangan ng bansa ng mga competent professionals.
