PSG, walang natatanggap na direktang banta o security threat sa unang SONA ni PBBM

WALANG natatanggap ang Presidential Security Group (PSG)  na banta sa seguridad para sa unang State Of the Nation Address (SONA) ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.

“None at the moment” ang tugon  ni senior military assistant at Presidential Security Group (PSG) commander

Col. Ramon Zagala sa tanong kung may nakikita silang magiging dahilan para madiskaril ang  SONA ni Pangulong Marcos.

Ang importante aniya ay nakatanggap sila ng impormasyon at ang lahat ng impormasyon na kanyang natanggap ay mahalaga.

“And that we verify and for now, everything is okay. However, if there are any new information then we will act on it,” aniya pa rin.

Sa ngayon ay nasa final stages na sila ng paghahanda sa SONA.

Sa kabilang  dako, para matiyak ang kaligtasan ni Pangulong Marcos sa SONA ay magde-deploy sila ng sapat na tauhan.

Ang hakbang na ito ay hindi lamang para kay Pangulong Marcos kundi para protektahan ang First Family at mga dadalo sa SONA ni Pangulong Marcos Jr.  sa Hulyo 25, 2022.

“That’s something we prefer not to reveal,” ani Zagala.

“As you know, it is not just the President attending the SONA. There will be members of the House of Representatives, the Senate and other guests that will be attending which will be part of the protection that PSG will give during the SONA,” dagdag na pahayag ni Zagala.

Ito aniya ang unang  SONA ni Pangulong Marcos at  Presidential Security Group (PSG) .

“We are making the necessary coordination with other security agencies, security personnel such as the Philippine National Philippines, Bureau of Fire, and all other agencies that support the Presidential Security Group in securing that the President will have a safe and no incident, untoward incident that will happen during the SONA,” ayon kay Zagala.

” So these preparations are being planned since last week and that we at PSG, we are prepared in coordination  with the Philippine National Police so that everything will go around.. smooth, from the time he arrives, he delivers his SONA until he returns to the Malacañang Palace,” aniya pa rin.

Samantala, nananatiling hindi isinasapubliko ng PSG ang iskedyul o kahit na anumang aktibidades na mako-kompromiso ang kaligtasan ng Pangulo.

“But, rest assured that when the day comes that the President will deliver his Sona, you will all know the schedule that day,” ayon kay Zagala. (Daris Jose)
