Womens’ volleyball team ng bansa nakalasap muli ng pagkatalo sa AVC Cup for Women

NAKALASAP muli ang national women’s volleyball team ng bansa laban sa China sa nagpapatuly AVC Cup for Women.
Sa simula ay nakipagsabayan pa ang mga manlalaro ng bansa subalit ginamit ng China ang kanilang tangkad.
Dahil dito ay nakuha ng China ang 25-16, 25-22 at 25-20 na panalo.
Pinangunahan ni Tots Carlos ang depensa hanggang naitabla sa 18-all ni Jema Galanza sa second set.
Nakapagtala ng 22-all mula sa ace ni Michelle Gumabao.
Nakalamang pa ang Pilipinas 18-15 sa 3rd set subalit hindi bumitiw ang China.
Nasayang naitalang 15 points ni Carlos at tig-11 points nina Jema Galanza at Gumabao.
Ito na ang pangalawang talo ng womens’ volleyball team ng bansa ng talunin sila ng Vietnam nitong Linggo.
Susubukan naman ng Philippine women’s volleyball team na makakuha ng panalo sa paghaharap nila laban sa Iran sa Miyerkules Agosto 24.
