PDu30, nangakong patuloy na lalabanan ang korapsyon hanggang matapos ang termino

SA KABILA ng pag-amin na mahirap na gawain ang paglaban sa korapsyon ay nangako pa rin si Pangulong Rodrigo Roa Duterte na patuloy niyang lalabanan ang korapsyon hanggang matapos ang kanyang termino.

“We are not proclaiming that we have gotten rid of corruption. There is still corruption in this government and any other government that will come after me and in the past,” ayon kay Pangulong Duterte sa kanyang Talk To The People, Huwebes ng gabi.

Aniya, hindi maaalis ang korapsyon hangga’t mayroong burukrasya na talamak ang “money involved” at maraming lamesa na pagdadaanan ng mga papeles.

Ang tanging paraan aniya para matanggal ang korapsyon ay isara ang pamahalaan.

“There is still corruption in this government and any other government that will come after me, and in the past, mayroon talaga ‘yan. If there is a running bureaucracy and there is money involved and there are a lot of tables where the papers would go through, there will always be corruption,” ayon sa Pangulo.

“Kung walang . . Ayaw ninyo wala, eh di sarahan mo ang gobyerno. But then again, you choose which way to go. The most that we can do is to fight it.” dagdag na pahayag nito.

Kaugnay nito, isa-isa namang binasa ng Pangulo ang mga government officials na sinibak sa puwesto dahil sa iregularidad.

‘So ang mga napaalis sa gobyerno: Preciosa Polonia, OIC-Land Management Officer III, City Environment and Natural Resources Office, Albuera, Leyte – for issuance of free patent in favor of disqualified applicant;

Regional Executive Director ng DENR-Region [XII], Sacaruddin Magarang – grave misconduct, involvement in serious irregularities in the issuance of free patent titles; ayon sa Pangulo.

“Amante Burbano, Special Investigator pa naman DENR – conduct prejudicial to the best interest of the service and falsification of public documents — I hope those guys will — I hope they will be prosecuted on time — involvement in the residential free patent applications; then Ma. Babyruth Nicolas, Staff, CENRO-Guiguinto, Bulacan, DENR-Region III – grave misconduct and conduct prejudicial to the best interest of the service for undertaking illegal fixing transactions,” dagdag na pahayag nito.
