Pinas, target ng China na tulungan na mapahusay ang internet speed

UPANG mas mapalakas pa ang “connectivity” sa mga Filipino, target ng China na tulungan ang Pilipinas na mapahusay ang internet speed nito.
Ayon kay Chinese Ambassador to the Philippines Huang Xilian, pinag-usapan ng Pilipinas at China ang apat na mahahalagang aspeto ng kooperasyon gaya ng agrikultura, imprastraktura, enerhiya at people to people ties.
“We should work even more in new infrastructure area, like in telecommunication, AI (artificial intelligence) and all these kind of information technology,” ayon kay Huang.
Sa kabilang dako, nakipagkita rin si Huang kay Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Secretary Ivan Uy para pag-usapan naman ang pagtutulungan o kooperasyon sa ICT.
Nauna nang sinabi ni Uy na ipaprayoridad niya ang internet connectivity, lalo na sa komunidad na nakatira sa malalayong lugar.
Sinabi pa ni Huang na ang maritime dispute sa pagitan ng Pilipinas at China ay dapat na talakayin sa pamamagitan ng maayos at mapayapang dayalogo.
“We have different positions.. so the best way is diplomatic dialogue and communication. And we believe, we are both neighbors we can do that. Second is we place our differences in a proper place in the overall bilateral relations,” aniya pa rin. (Daris Jose)
