7 INDIBIDWAL , HULI SA QUARRYING

ARESTADO ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) ang pitong indibidwal na iniulat na sangkot sa illegal quarrying operations sa Barangay San Isidro sa Angono, Rizal.
Kinilala ng NBI ang mga naaresto na sina Bonbon E. Camanian, Marcial R. Bustamante, Jomar T. Marigondon, Ricky B. Buenaventura, Rustian S. Villamora, Richard S. Evangelista, at Rodel O. Pangilinan.
Ayon sa NBI, nag-ugat ang operasyon sa impormasyon na natanggap ng NBI-Environmental Crime Division (NBI-EnCD) na ilang indibidwal ang kumukuha at nagtatapon ng mga mineral sa Barangay San Isidro nang walang kinakailangang permit at clearance mula sa Provincial Mining Regulatory Board (PMRB) ng Lalawigan ng Rizal at ng Department of Environment and Natural Resources – Mines and Geosciences Bureau (DENR-MGB) Region IV-A.
“NBI-EnCD immediately conducted a series of surveillance operations which confirmed the quarrying activities in the target area,” ayon pa sa NBI.
