Cancer free na at ‘di susuko sa paglaban sa sakit: KRIS, may pahiwatig na tuloy ang muling pagpapakasal

Sa last part kasi ng mahabang post ng TV host-actress ay nagbigay siya ng pahiwatig sa pagpapakasal niya sa karelasyon niya ngayon na si Dr. Michael Padlan.

“Apologies, but until my groom and I exchange vows, in that very small wedding (but surely not held outdoors) I’m choosing to keep my relationship private.

“Ibalato n’yo na sa kin yun. Invited naman kayong lahat if and when sa kasal,” pakiusap ni Kris sa kanyang social media followers.

Isiniwalat din ni Kris ang napipinto niyang pagbabalik sa ABS-CBN bago matapos ang 2024.

“Para hindi kayo magsawang magdasal Sabi nyo, you miss watching me. I want to thank my former ABS-CBN bosses for allowing Jasmin and Darla to work with me on a show which will launch before 2024 ends,” pahayag niya.

“Secret muna ‘yung concept, but you will get to see my present day journey and as much as possible the reality of Kris, Bimb, and my ‘through the years” best friends (my extended family) and definitely my team of doctors who are now among my most trusted friends.”

Bilang bahagi ng update sa kanyang health condition, kinumpirma ni Kris cancer free na siya dahil clear ang intestines niya.

Pero nananatili ang kanyang autoimmune diseases.

Ayon kay Kris, sumailalim siya sa mga medical test kasama na ang PET (Positron emission tomography) scan.

Ngunit delikado pa rin ang tatlong autoimmune condition niya na “life-threatening” – ang Churg Strauss na ang tawag ngayon ay EGPA, Systemic Sclerosis or SCLERODERMA at ang LUPUS o Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE).

“I now have 5, possibly 6 autoimmune conditions. But the scary part is that 3 of the diagnosed ones are life threatening in other words- pwedeng ma-damage my vital organs or my blood vessels, specifically my artery connecting my lungs to my heart- to the extent na I can die immediately from a stroke or aneurysm or cardiac arrest.

“I am now suffering from a Lupus Arthritis flare. Deep bone pain. Hirap ako to walk without assistance. I’ll start my physical rehabilitation therapy in a few days. But I need to do so with a walker.

“My immunity is zero. Ang ubo for me can easily be pneumonia and ICU confinement. Strict rule, no direct even indirect sun exposure or my lupus flares will be triggered as well as my Scleroderma,” pagbabahagi ni Kris.

Dagdag pa niya, “I promised myself BAWAL SUMUKO. I need a goal, something for all of us to look forward to. #tuloyanglaban
