Bagyong Kristine, umabot na sa kategoryang Severe Tropical Storm

LUMAKAS pa ang bagyong Kristine at nasa kategoryang Severe Tropical Storm na ito.

Huling namataan ang sentro ng bagyo sa layong 175 km East of Echague, Isabela.

Ito ay may lakas ng hangin na umaabot sa 95 km/h malapit sa gitna at pagbugsong umaabot sa 115 km/h.

Kumikilos si Kristine pa Northwestward sa bilis na 20 km/h.

Dahil dito, nakabandera na ang Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No.3 sa lalawigan Isabela, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, the central portion of Abra , Benguet, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, northern and central portions of Aurora, the northern portion of Nueva Ecija, Pangasinan, La Union, and the central at southern portions of Ilocos Sur.

Asahan na ang malalakas na buhos ng ulan at malakas na hampas ng hangin.

Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No 2 naman ang nakataas sa Ilocos Norte, the rest of Ilocos Sur, Apayao, the rest of Abra, Cagayan including Babuyan Islands, the rest of Aurora, the rest of Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Zambales, Bataan, Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, Quezon including Polillo Islands, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, and Catanduanes atangas, Occidental Mindoro including Lubang Islands, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Calamian Islands, Albay, Sorsogon, and Masbate including Ticao and Burias Islands,
