Chifuyu, Kazutora, and Baji are stand-out characters in “Tokyo Revengers 2: Bloody Halloween- Decisive Battle

A rich cast with exciting performances await fans in the finale of the two-part sequel: Tokyo Revengers: Bloody Halloween- Decisive Battle. Take a peek at some of the notable characters in this epic live-action adaptation.
Mahiro Takasugi plays Chifuyu Matsuno, vice captain of Toman’s first division. He’s the right hand man of Baji, Toman’s division captain, and Chifuyu is fiercely loyal to him. That loyalty was taken for granted as Baji betrays him and beats him half to death to get into the Valhalla gang, Toman’s rival group. Takemichi Hanagaki, the film’s main protagonist, found an ally in him when he travels to the past to fix his present. Together they try to uncover the mystery of the Valhalla gang before war breaks loose.
Mahiro Takasugi appears in a number of live action adaptations. He appeared in the Kamen Rider series and movies, and in the Kakegurui adaptations.He won the 2015 Best Newcomer Award at the Yokohama Film Festival for the movie Bon Lin. He also won the 2017 Mainichi Film Awards Sponichi Grand Prix New Face Award for Before We Vanish.
Kento Nagayama plays the role of Keisuke Baji, the unpredictable captain of the Toman gang’s first division. As one of the founding members of the Tokyo Manji gang, Baji cares for his friends deeply, especially for their leader, Mikey. This leads to a tragedy in the past, and a series of events that led him to turn on the group and successfully side with the Valhalla gang.
Kento Nagayama has appeared in more than 30 films. He won the 34th Japan Academy Prize for Rookie of the Year for his role in “Softboys.”
Nijiro Murakami plays Kazutora Hanemiya, another founding member of the Tokyo Manji gang. Currently the Valhalla gang’s Number 3, an incident in the past led him to leave the Toman group and rise up in the ranks of the enemy gang, hoping to get his revenge on the people he once regarded as his closest friends.
Nijiro Murakami, along with starring in films and series, lends his voice to animated characters as a voice actor. He earned a nomination for Best Supporting Actor in the 45th Japan Academy Film Prize for his role in the movie Last of the Wolves, and had a role in the film Still the Water, which was selected to compete for the Palme d’Or at the 2014 Cannes Film Festival. He’s also known for his role as Shuntaro Chishiya in the Netflix series Alice in Borderland.
