ICU beds sa Metro Manila na nasa ‘danger zone’ nireresolba na – NTF

Pinawi ng National Task Force Against COVID-19 ang pangamba ng publiko ang pahayag ng Department of Health (DOH) na nasa “danger zone” na ang critical care capacity ng mga osiptal sa Metro Manila.
Sinabi ni NTF chief implementer Carlito Galvez Jr., may mga na-locate na silang mga ospital at facilities na may sapat pang ICU beds na magagamit para sa mga COVID-19 patients.
Ayon kay Sec. Galvez, patuloy din ang kanilang ginagawang inspeksyon sa mga naitayong pasilidad bilang isolation facilities at maaaring gagawing critical care units.
Sa ngayon, batay sa data ng DOH nitong July 18, mayroon pang 712 ICU beds, 5,486 isolation beds, 1,582 ward beds at 1, 617 ventilators sa Metro Manila.
