Nagko-consult na sa lawyer sa kanilang gagawin: DINGDONG at JESSA, nilinaw na walang tinatakbuhang utang

NAGLABAS na ng official statement sa kanilang Facebook at Instagram ang mag-asawang Jessa Zaragoza at Dingdong Avanzado bilang sagot sa kontrobersya na kanilang kinasangkutan.

Isang shoutout ang lumabas sa FB noong January 9, mula sa isang Fujiwara Masashi, na nag-viral dahil pinagpiyestahan ng netizens.
Ayon sa post, “Dingdong jessa !! You guys!! Please feel free to contact me and pay!! Aren’t you embarrassed?”
Na nasundan pa ng, “You are happy. You only paid 250,000 peso for the condo you sold to me, and I paid you 5 million yen, but I didn’t get it.
“Shouldn’t you talk to Joel and make amends? Please return 5 million yen. Aren’t you embarrassed? To Dingdong Avanzado to Fujiwara.”
Base nga sa naging pahayag ng mag-asawa, pinabubulaanan nila ang akusasyon ni Fujiwara Masashi. At pinag-aaralan na ng kanilang abogado kung sila’y magdedemanda sa naturang isyu.
“It has come to our knowledge that some Facebook posts and tags were made on social media concerning our family,” simula ng statement.
“It is unfortunate that certain individuals are using the power of social media to spread inaccurate and false information against us.
“They hide behind the cloak of protection provided under ‘Freedom of Expression’ to cause injury and harm to our family. However, we would like to remind them that this freedom is not absolute and is subject to accountability.
“We categorically and specifically deny all these false, misleading, malicious, and baseless allegations made against us. We have not committed any offense that would undermine our integrity or tarnish the good reputation of our family name.”
Paglilinaw pa nina Dingdong at Jess, “Our family does not have any unpaid obligations due to anyone, nor did we commit any act to defraud any person. We have been working hard in the entertainment industry for the past decades to honestly provide for the needs of our family.
“We have referred this concern to our lawyers, and they are reviewing all the possible legal precautions available to us. We remain resolute and committed to protecting the legal rights of our family.”
