ON-LINE TAKING SA MGA BAR PASSER IPAPATUPAD NG SC

ISASAGAWA ng Supreme Court (SC) ang on-line oath taking sa lahat ng mga nakapasa sa 2019 Bar Examination sa darating na Hunyo 25.
Ito ay matapos na aprubahan ng SC ang isang resolusyon para gawin on-line ang oath taking ang mga bar passer para maiwasan ang hawahan ng coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
Nabatid na nakakonekta rin ang online oath-taking sa telebisyon ng pamahalaan para mai-broadcast ito.
Ipinaliwanag ng SC, na ang online oath-taking ay eksklusibo lamang para sa mga 2019 bar passers na mahigit sa 2,000.
“The Court authorized the Bar Confidant, under the guidance of the 2019 BAR Chairperson, Senior Associate Justice Estela M. Perlas-Bernabe, to perform all necessary acts, under existing rules, regulations, and resources, to carry out the oath taking as contemplated in the resolution,” nakasaad sa resolusyon ng SC.
Magpapalabas pa umano ng karagdagang detalye ang Office of the Bar Confidant sa mga susunod na araw para sa gaganapin na online oath-taking ng mga bar passer. (GENE ADSUARA)
