Tulak kalaboso sa P.3M droga sa Valenzuela

BALIK-SELDA ang isang umano’y tulak ng ilegal na droga na itinuturing bilang high value individual (HVI) matapos makuhanan ng mahigit P.3 milyong halaga ng shabu sa isinagawang buy bust operation ng pulisya sa Valenzuela City, kahapon ng madaling araw.
Kinilala ni Valenzuela police chief P/Col. Salvador Destura Jr. ang naarestong suspek na si Nelson Macugay, 44 ng Purok 4 Orosco St, Brgy Mapulang Lupa.
Sa report ni Col. Destura kay Northern Police District (NPD) Director P/BGen. Rizalito Gapas, ikinasa ng mga operatiba ng Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) sa pangunguna ni PEMS Restie Mables sa ilalim ng pangangasiwa ni P/Cpt. Ronald Sanchez ang buy bust operation kontra sa suspek matapos ang natanggap na impormasyon na muli naman umano itong nagbebenta ng illegal na droga.
Nang matanggap ang pre-arranged signal mula sa kanyang kasama na nagpanggap na poseur buyer na hudyat na nakabili na siya ng shabu sa kanilang target ay agad lumapit ang back-up na operatiba saka inaresto ang suspek malapit sa kanyang bahay dakong alas-4:25 ng madaling araw.
Ani PSSg Ana Liza Antonio, nakumpiska sa suspek ang humigi’t kumulang 50 grams ng hinihinalang shabu na may standard drug price value na P340.000.00, P500 buy bust money, P200 recovered money, coin purse at cellphone.
Ayon kay PEMS Mables, dati ng naaresto ng mga operatiba ng SDEU ang suspek noong 2021 dahil din sa pagbebenta ng droga.
Kasong paglabag sa Sections 5 at 11 under Article II of RA 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002 ang isasampa ng pulisya kontra sa suspek sa Valenzuela City Prosecutors Office. (Richard Mesa)
