Warriors Andrew Wiggins sa ‘di pagpabakuna: ‘It’s my problem not yours’

Agaw atensiyon ngayon sa mga mamamahayag si Golden State Warriors swingman Andrew Wiggins dahil sa pagmamatigas pa rin nito na hindi magpabakuna laban sa COVID-19.

 

 

Natanong sa media day si Wiggins kung paano na lamang na maging ang kanyang sweldo ay baka maapektuhan sa hindi nito pagpa-vaccine.

 

 

Sagot naman ni Wiggins, problema na aniya ito.

 

 

“It’s my problem,” ani Wiggins. “I’m confident in my beliefs and what I think is right, what I think is wrong.”

 

 

Batay sa patakaran ng San Francisco Department of Public Health wala raw dapat exemption sa babakunahan mula 12-anyos pataas sa malalaking indoor gatherings.

 

 

Sinasabing nag-apply si Wiggins ng religious exemption para hindi magpaturok ng bakuna pero tinanggihan ito ng NBA.

 

 

Sa kabila nito umaasa naman si Warriors general manager Bob Myers na maayos din ang lahat lalo na para kay Wiggins sa pagsisimula ng regular season sa Oct. 19 kung saan haharapin nila sa Staples Center ang Los Angeles Lakers.
