22-anyos na wanted sa rape sa Caloocan, laglag sa selda

TIMBOG ang 22-anyos na kelot na nakatala bilang top 4 most wanted person sa Northern Police District (NPD) nang magbalik sa lugar kung saan niya isinagawa ang panghahalay may isang taon na ang nakalilipas sa Caloocan City.
          Sa ulat, nakatanggap ng impormasyon ang Warrant and Subpoena Section ng Caloocan police na nagbalik sa kanilang lugar sa Brgy., 3, Sangandaan ang akusado na si alyas “Rudy” na nahaharap sa kasong Rape.
          Katuwang ang Team 1 ng Regional Public Safety Battalion ng National Capital Region Police Office (RPSB-NCRPO), ikinasa ng WSS ang joint manhunt operation na nagresulta sa pagkakadakip sa akusado dakong alas-3:50 ng hapon.
Ang akusado ay binitbit ng mga tauhan ni Caloocan police chief P/Col. Paul Jady Doles sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na inilabas noong Pebrero, 28, 2024 ni Caloocan Regional Trial Court (RTC) Presiding Judge Primo Elvin Lobina-Siosana ng Branch 128, para sa kasong Rape.
Lumabas sa imbestigasyon na nangyari ang panghahalay sa nasabing lugar may isang taon na ang nakalilipas subalit, simula noon ay nagtago at nawala ng parang bula sa lugar ang akusado.
Binigyang papuri naman ni NPD Acting Director P/Col. Josefino Ligan ang mga tauhan ng Caloocan City Police Station at lahat ng units na nagtulong-tulong sa pagtugis at tuluyang madakip ang akusado.
