Lahat ng Pinoy na magbabalik-Pinas, kailangan na magrehistro sa One Health Pass bago dumating sa bansa

KAILANGAN na magrehistro ng lahat ng mga Filipino na magbabalik-Pilipinas sa One Health Pass (OHP) ng gobyerno bago pa ang kanilang pagdating sa bansa.

Ito ang bagong guidelines na ipinalabas ng Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases ukol sa pagpasok sa bansa ng mga Filipinos at foreign nationals sa Pilipinas.

“The One Health Pass is an online platform that aims to promote the convenient and seamless movement of international travelers from departure from the country of origin to arrival at the local government unit of their destination,” ayon kay acting Presidential Spokesperson at Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles.

Sa ilalim ng bagong guidelines ng pamahalaan, simula sa Pebrero 10, ang mga fully vaccinated Filipinos ay kailangan na mag-presinta ng negative RT-PCR test result na isinagawa 48 oras ng kanilang departure.

Hindi na required ang mga ito na sumailalim sa facility-based quarantine subalit kailangan na mag-self-monitor para sa sintomas sa loob ng 7 araw simula ng kanilang pagdating sa bansa.

Ang mga partially vaccinated at unvaccinated Filipino ay kailangan na magpakita ng negative RT-PCR test subalit kailangan ng mga ito na sumailalim sa facility-based quarantine hanggang sa lumabas ang negative test result na isinagawa sa pang-limang araw ng kanilang pagdating

Matapos ito, kailangan na sumailalim ang mga ito sa home-based quarantine hanggang pang-14 araw simula ng kanilang pagdating sa bansa.

“Minors below 12 years old and those who are not yet vaccinated shall follow the quarantine protocols of their parents or accompanying guardians,” ayon kay Nograles.

Iyon naman aniyang ang edad ay 12 hanggang 17 taong gulang ay kailangan na sumunod sa “classification and procedures” base sa kanilang vaccination o pagbabakuna.

Ang mga Filipino na gumaling mula sa COVID-19 subalit nagpositibo para sa 48-hour pre-departure test ay maaari ring makapasok ng bansa subalit kailangan na mag-presinta ang mga ito ng mga sumusunod na dokumento “before departing and upon arrival”:

Ang mga ito ayon kay Nograles ay “Positive RT-PCR test taken not earlier than 10 days but not later than 30 days prior to their departure;

*Positive RT-PCR test taken within 48 hours before departure;

*Medical certificate issued by a licensed physician stating that he or she:

(i) was an asymptomatic, mild, moderate, severe, or critical case of COVID-19

(ii) has completed the mandatory isolation period

(iii) is no longer infectious

(iv) has been allowed free movement and travel

At sa arrival o pagdating ng COVID-19 positive Filipino, “they must be subjected to the following protocols”:

*If fully vaccinated, they are no longer required to undergo facility-based quarantine but must self-monitor for symptoms for 7 days since their arrival. They must report to the LGU of their destination if they manifest any symptom

*If unvaccinated, partially vaccinated, or vaccination status cannot be independently determined, they should undergo facility-based quarantine until the release of a negative RT-PCR test result taken on the 5th day. They then will have to undergo home-based quarantine until their 14th day since arrival.” (Daris Jose)
