Sa katunayan, nagtalaga ang Pangulo ng iba’t ibang personalidad bilang mga bagong opisyal na bubuo sa Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Health, Department of Information and Communications Technology, Department of Justice, Department of Labor and Employment, Department of Interior and Local Government, Department of Trade and Industry, Department of Transportation, Office of the President at Department of Finance.

Sa Department of Foreign Affairs, itinalaga ng Pangulo sina Raymond R. Balatbat, Chief of Mission, Class II bilang Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia na may concurrent jurisdiction sa Republic of Yemen; Cathe Ryne Denice S. Aguilar, Foreign Service Officer, Class III; Nonito S. Cabrera Jr., Foreign Service Officer, Class III at Chryzl T. Sicat, Foreign Service Officer, Class III.

Sa Department of Health ay itinalaga naman ng Pangulo sina Paolo S. Teston bilang Assistant Secretary, Ferdinand M. Benbenen, Director IV at David A. Aventura Jr., bilang Executive Director.

Pinangalanan din ng Punong Ehekutibo si Maria Delia S. Presquito bilang Director IV ng Department of Information and Communications Technology (National Privacy Commission); Hilda F. Ibuyan, bilang miyembro ng Board of Pardons and Parole ng Department of Justice; Aldwin F. Alegre bilang Deputy Commissioner III ng Bureau of Immigration; at Raymond Anthony C. Dilag bilang Commissioner ng Presidential Commission on Good Government.

Sa Department of Labor and Employment (National Labor Relations Commission), itinalaga ng Chief Executive si Agnes Alexis L. De Grano bilang Presiding Commissioner, Sixth Division at Gavino R. Menses Jr., bilang Commissioner, tatayong kinatawan ng Employer Sector, Sixth Division.

Sa National Wages and Productivity Commission ay itinalaga ni Pangulong Marcos si Edgar B. Onglao bilang miyembro, Public Sector Representative ng Cultural Sites Domain.

Sa Department of Transportation (Civil Aeronautics Board) ay itinalaga ng Pangulo si Maria Elbam S. Moro bilang Deputy Executive Director III; National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (National Maritime Aerial Reconnaissance and Surveillance Center) Jesus Leonardo M. Auxilio bilang Executive Director habang sa Office of the President (Games and Amusement Board) ay itinalaga si Francisco J. Rivera bilang chairman.
