NCR , nasa ilalim na ng alert level 2

SIMULA Nobyembre 5 ay nasa Alert Level 2 na ang Kalakhang Maynila.
Ito’y matapos aprubahan ng Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) ang “de-escalation” ng National Capital Region (NCR) sa Alert Level 2.
Magiging epektibo ito mula Nobyembre 5 hanggang Nobyembre 21, 2021.
Bukod dito, inaprubahan din ng IATF ang rekomendasyon ng sub-Technical Working Group on Data Analytics na “to base the alert level assignments on data that is nearest to the implementation date.”
Simula Disyembre 1, 2021, ang alert level assignments ay idedetermina tuwing kada 15th at 30th ng buwan.
“Escalations, on the other hand, may be done at any time in the middle of the implementation period as warranted while de-escalations can only be done at the end of the 2-week assessment period,” ayon kay Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque.
Inatasan naman ng IATF ang National Task Force Against COVID-19 (NTF), kasama ang Regional Task Forces and Regional IATFs, na magbjgay ng weekly feedback sa progreso at implementasyon sa lahat ng lugar na identified para sa Alert Level System roll-out sa IATF.
Idagdag pa, inamiyendahan ng IATF ang guidelines sa implementasyon ng Alert Levels System for COVID-19 Response sa mga pilot areas upang linawin ang papayagan lamang na paggalaw ng mga tao sa ilalim ng iba’t ibang alert levels.
Samantala, para sukatin ang tagumpay ng implementasyon ng NTF-approved Phase IV of the National Action Plan Against COVID-19 (NAP Phase IV), ang mga sumusunod na “recovery indices” ay kailangan na gamitin gaya ng “for Infection Management, the indices are the number of severe and critical cases per month, time gap from detection to isolation, and tests per case; for Vaccine Roll-out, the indices are the total vaccines administered per capita, new vaccine doses administered per capita, and fully vaccinated individuals; and finally, for Socio-Economic Recovery, the indices are the Purchasing Managers’ Index by IHS Markit, google mobility to retail and recreation, and number of commercial airline passengers.” (Daris Jose)
