Walang nakikitang masama sa naging rebelasyon ng ex-bf… BIANCA, sinabing kaibigan pa rin si MIGUEL at happy sa kani-kanilang buhay
WALA raw nakikitang masama si Bianca Umali sa ginawang rebelasyon ni Miguel Tanfelix tungkol sa naging relasyon nila noon.
Kinumpirma nga ni Bianca na naging sila ni Miguel noong magka-loveteam pa sila.
“I don’t think I have any comments, kasi, honestly, I saw his interview and what he said. Finally he was able to talk about what happened to us. It was an issue that was never talked about, really. It was never… parang walang assurance at all sa mga tao kung ano ba ‘yung talagang nangyari.
“And, I think, by his answer to that question about us, it answered so many delusions… mga theories ng mga fans noon. I have nothing else to say kasi, I think, I would answer the same thing na totoo naman lahat ng sinabi niya,” sey ni Bianca.
Sinabi rin ni Bianca na friends naman daw sila ni Miguel, pero hindi raw tulad sila matatawag na barkada.
“Well, of course I couldn’t say that we are friend-friends kasi we are not as barkada-friends. But we are friends sa loob ng network. And we don’t really see each other that often. So nagkakabatian.”
Ngayon at romantically linked si Bianca ngayon kay Ruru Madrid na kasama niya sa teleserye na ‘The Write One’, hindi naman daw niya maitatanggi na naging malaking bagay si Miguel sa career niya bilang artista. Ilan sa mga TV shows na pinagsamahan ng BiGuel loveteam noon ay ‘Nino’, ‘Once Upon A Kiss’, ‘Wish I May’, ‘Mulawin Vs. Ravena’, ‘Kambal Karibal’, at ‘Sahaya’.
“Because it is for how many years and it’s disrespectful naman din to him na i-disregard ‘yung presence na ‘yon. So I have nothing against him talaga. It’s more of I’m just happy we both have our own lives, our own partners. We both have grown, he has grown, and I think it shows so much in that interview,” sey pa ni Bianca.

KAHIT tatlo na ang mga anak ni Camille Prats, maipagmamalaki pa rin nito ang kanyang alindog.
Sa isang bakasyon sa Boracay kasama ang kanyang pamilya, hindi nangiming mag-bikini si Camille para ipakita na alaga pa rin niyang ang kanyang katawan sa edad niya ngayon na 37.
Maraming netizens ang humanga sa magandang hubog ng katawan ni Camille na parang wala pa itong inuluwal na tatlong bata.
At teenager na ang panganay niyang si Nathan (15 years old) kaya tuwing magkatabi raw sila ay para silang magkapatid lang.
Kaya sa muling pagbalik ni Camille sa paggawa ng teleserye, pinaghandaan niya ito ng husto. Nag-workout ito para makayanan niya ulit ang puyatan sa taping set ng ‘AraBella’ kunsaan kasama niya ang Kapuso teen stars na sina Shayne Sava at Althea Ablan.
Five years din daw na hindi gumawa ng teleserye si Camille. Huli niyang ginawa ay noong 2018 pa na ‘Ang Forever Ko’y Ikaw’ kunsaan naka-partner niya si Neil Ryan Sese.

WRITERS OF “A QUIET PLACE” ARE NOW FULL-FLEDGED DIRECTORS OF “65”
SCOTT Beck and Bryan Woods previously triumphed as part of the writing team of A Quiet Place, which took audiences by storm in 2018.
Now, the tandem writes and directs Columbia Pictures’ new futuristic action-thriller 65, starring Adam Driver.

“Horror, suspense, action, adventure – that’s the sweet spot for us,” says Beck. “And what we love even more is to combine genre with a heartbeat – characters you really love.”
“The stories we love are always cinematic,” adds Woods. “It’s about the experience of what a movie brings – the visuals, the performances, the music, the marriage of all of these different capacities.”
In 65, Adam Driver plays Mills, an interstellar pilot transporting a large group of passengers through space, when an accident kills all of his passengers but one – a young girl named Koa, played by Ariana Greenblatt.
What Mills and Koa don’t know is that the planet they have landed on is our own Earth – 65 million years ago. As they begin their epic journey toward their only means of escape, they are hunted by vicious packs of dinosaurs that stalk them across a dangerous landscape.
“The 12-year-olds in us always wanted to write a dinosaur film,” says Beck. “True human emotions are coming through the screen in the most powerful way throughout these set pieces.”
“For us, writing and directing are the same thing – it’s all storytelling,” says Woods.
Paradoxically, Beck says, it’s because they are both writing and directing that they are less bound by their own screenplay. “As a director, you can open up to any good idea on set, whether it’s from your DP or your VFX Supervisor or one of your actors,” says Beck. “You can mix it up, right up in the last moment when you’re ready to call ‘action.’”
“It’s about all the things cinema does best – visuals, sound, music, performance. We’re very inspired by silent filmmaking, and leaning on those basic principles of cinema – using these minimalist tools to tell a story on the most epic scale possible,” says Woods.
The other classic lesson that Beck and Woods take is in building suspense. “We had a mantra: ‘it’s about what you don’t see,’” says Beck. “That was very instrumental on A Quiet Place, as it was instrumental as we grew up on movies like Jaws. The whole movie has been built on that mantra – the idea that there’s something dangerous and mysterious out there in this environment that Mills and Koa will have to engage with. We’re using sound design, we’re using the camera, we’re using production design to suggest what’s out there, and only at the right moment will we startle the audience.”

Maganda ang magiging labanan sa Summer MMFF: COCO, GERALD at BELA, nanguna sa eight official entries
INIHAYAG na ng Metro Manila Film Festival noong Biyernes ng hapon ang eight official entries para sa first summer edition ngayong Abril.
Nanguna sa mga pelikula para sa Summer Metro Manila Film Festival ang “Apag” ng Center Stage Productions na pinagbibidahan ni Primetime King Coco Martin. Mula ito sa direksyon ni Brillante Mendoza, kasama sina Lito Lapid, Jacklyn Jose, at Gladys Reyes.
Pasok din ang “Unravel: A Swiss Side Love Story” ng Mavx Productions, Inc. na pinagbibidahan ng Kapamilya actor na si Gerald Anderson at Kapuso actress ma Kylie Padilla. Sa direksyon ni RC delos Reyes.
Dalawang comedy movies naman ang napili na maging bahagi ng summer filmfest, ang “Single Bells” nina Alex Gonzaga, Aljur Abrenica at Angeline Quinto, sa direksyon ni Fifth Solomon; at ang “Here Come The Groom” ni Chris Martinez kasama sina Enchong Dee, Kempee de Leon, Awra Briguela, Maris Racal, Xilohuette, at Kalad Karen, na umaasang maginh tagumpay rin tulad ng “Here Comes The Bride.”
Isang musical ang “Kahit Maputi na ang Buhok Ko” – na kung saan tampok ang mga musika ni Rey Valera. Ang pelikula ay idinirek ni Joven Tan at bibida naman sina RK Bagatsing at Meg Imperial, kasama ang all-star cast.
Balik naman sa pagdi-direk si Bela Padilla “Yung Libro sa Napanuod Ko” na mula sa Viva Films. Siya rin ang bida sa pelikula at katambal niya ang South Korean actor na si Yoo Min-gon.
Ang dalawa pang pelikulang kumukumpleto sa walong entries ay ang award-winning sa international filmfest na “About Us But Not About Us” ni Jun Robles Lana na pinagbibidahan nina Romnick Sarmenta at Elijah Canlas; at ang “Love You Long Time” ni JP Habac na pinagbibidahan ni Carlo Aquino, kasama si Eisel Serrano.
Ayon MMFF, 33 pelikula ang isinumite para suriin ng komite at walo nga lang ang puwede nilang piliin. At mukhang maganda ang magiging labanan sa naturang filmfest, na inaasahang kumita ang lahat ng pelikula.
Ang summer festival ay magsisimula Abril 8 hanggang Abril 18 kung saan ang Parade of Stars ay nakatakda sa Abril 1 at Awards Night ay gaganapin muli New Frontier Theater, QC sa Abril 11.

Sa kanyang first movie na musical pa: CASSY, aminadong sobrang na-challenge sa mabibigat na eksena
SI Cassy Legaspi na gumanap bilang si Ingrid, na biktima ng sexual harassment ng kanyang male teacher sa ‘Ako Si Ninoy’, ang pelikula ni direk Vince Tañada na mula sa Philstagers Films.
Tinanong namin si Cassy kung ano ang masasabi niya na sa maagang stage ng kanyang career at una niyang pelikula ay sumabak na siya sa paggawa ng isang pelikulang may seryosong tema at masasabing “mabigat” dahil tumatalakay sa kasaysayan ng Pilipinas?
“Well kasi in my career, I’m used to commercial acting, yung cute lang, so you know, quite challenging po, and it’s also my first movie, my first movie ever, tapos musical pa siya, so first musical ko rin.
“It’s also siguro medyo heavy drama yung film, kaya there’s many first in this movie for me, although, yeah it’s challenging but I really had fun coz I know na, iyon nga, like what they say, as an actor you have to level up, so instead of sticking to your usual acting ko na you know, cutesy-cutesy, iyon nga naging seryoso ako sa film na ‘to so I hope na the people will get to appreciate coz I was very, very challenged dito,” seryosong pahayag ni Cassy.
Sa ‘First Yaya’ at sa ‘First Lady’ nabuo ang loveteam nina Cassy at Joaquin Domagoso nguni’t hindi sinasadyang nabuwag na iyon dahil nga isa ng ama si Joaquin ngayon sa partner nitong si Raffa Castro.
Kaya tinanong namin si Cassy kung mas gusto ba niya na may ka-loveteam siya or solo siya?
“Hmmm,” ang tumatawang unang reaksyon ng Sparkle actress sa tanong namin, “actually anything po. I’m very open to doing anything pero sana po for now, I want to get paired with other people or actually mas okay rin po yung solo
“As of right now po, I’m checking for myself kung ano talaga ang gusto kong gawin, what type of roles I’m into so ayun, very open-minded po. Wow,” at muling tumawa si Cassy.

BILANG si Nerissa ay isang masunurin na anak ang papel ni Therese Malvar sa ‘Oras De Peligro’.
“Bilang sinabi ng nanay ko na huwag mag-rally, natakot po ako dun at sumusunod po ako dun pero once na na-realize ko at na-realize namin na parang mali yung tumahimik pa, sa huli lalaban po kami,” umpisang kuwento sa amin ni Therese.
Gaganap sa pelikula bilang mga magulang ni Therese sina Cherry Pie Picache bilang si Beatrice at Allen Dizon bilang Dario.
Napadako ang usapan namin ni Therese sa kaibigan niyang si Barbara Miguel na wala na sa pangangalaga ng Sparkle o GMA.
Sa launch ni Barbara at iba pang artists sa ilalim ng Marikit Artist Management ay may nagtanong kay Barbara kung dahil ba kay Therese kaya umalis siya sa management ng GMA at Sparkle.
“Sobrang tawang-tawa po kami. Na, ‘Ha? Paano’ng nangyari iyon?’
“Anyway, ako honestly I’m really happy for her where she is right now, as long as she’s happy, she’s receiving projects that she wants always at talagang naipapakita at nakikita ng mga tao ang galing ng isang Barbara Miguel, happy na po ako doon.
Kung saan man siya.”
Bukod sa magkaibigan ay sina Therese at Barbara ang maituturing na magkakontemporaryo sa showbiz na sa murang edad ay may mga acting awards na.
Pero ayon kay Therese ay hindi niya itinuturing na rival si Barbara.
“I would say, sa sobrang alike po namin hindi ko siya tinitingnan as competitor kundi ano, kapatid talaga na parang ito yung na-receive ko, ikaw may na-receive ka na ikaw lang rin and proud na proud ako dun.”
Mapapanood si Therese ngayong gabi sa ‘Magpakailanman’ pinamagatang Bayad Utang, gaganap siya bilang si Sally at si Jaclyn Jose bilang si Andeng, at sina Dennis Padilla bilang si Monching at si Sparkle male star Larkin Castor bilang si Noy sa direksyon ni Neal del Rosario.
