Posted on: April 18th, 2024 by @peoplesbalita No Comments

“The AFP is standing steadfast in upholding the Constitution under the leadership of the Commander in Chief President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. Calls for them to withdraw support will not amount to anything but to a possible criminal investigation,” ayon sa Kalihim sa isang kalatas.

“Any attempt to sway them away from this duty or to patronize them to support a partisan agenda is futile, particularly when this agenda dovetails with a foreign interest contrary to our own national interests,” dagdag na wika nito.

Nakasaad kasi sa Revised Penal Code na ang krimen na inciting to sedition ay committed ng “any person who, without taking any direct part in the crime of sedition, incite others to the accomplishment of any of the acts which constitute sedition, by means of speeches, proclamations, writings, emblems, cartoons, banners, or other representations tending to the same end, or upon any person or persons who shall utter seditious words or speeches, write, publish, or circulate scurrilous libels against the government, or any of the duly constituted authorities thereof.”

Ang batas na bumubuo sa sedition ay kinabibilangan din ng “those which tend to disturb or obstruct any lawful officer in executing the functions of his office, or which tend to instigate others to cabal and meet together for unlawful purposes, or which suggest or incite rebellious conspiracies or riots, or which lead or tend to stir up the people against the lawful authorities or to disturb the peace of the community, the safety and order of the Government, or who shall knowingly conceal such evil practices.”

Aniya, sa ilalim ng Saligang Batas, ang AFP “is the protector of the people and the State.”

Posted on: April 18th, 2024 by @peoplesbalita No Comments

“Yun nga lang, yung healing time, medyo matagal-tagal. After the operation, medyo three to five months ang healing.”

Posted on: April 18th, 2024 by @peoplesbalita No Comments

Posted on: April 18th, 2024 by @peoplesbalita No Comments

“Of the number of arrested illegal drug suspects, the government has already filed 47,516 illegal drug charges with 28,302 drug cases resolved: 22,201 or 78.44 percent resulted in conviction while 2,427 or 8.58 percent resulted in dismissal; and 3,674 or 12.98 percent resulted in acquittal,” ayon sa ulat.

“Government records showed that 28,243 or 67.24 percent of barangays nationwide are declared drug-cleared; 6,127 or 14.59 percent as drug-free; and 363 or 0.86 percent are drug affected; while 7,268, or 17.30 percent have yet to be cleared,” ang lumabas pa rin sa ulat.

“So, it’s much more than it has been in the past,” aniya pa rin.

“So, it’s the most successful approach to the drug war so far. So, why will we change it? We won’t change it; we’ll continue to do what we are doing. Of course, I cannot explain to you every detail of what we are doing, but we will continue to do what we are doing,” dagdag na pahayag nito.

“The inquiry is aimed at guaranteeing transparency and protecting the national interests. The House of Representatives is committed to conducting a comprehensive and fair inquiry to clarify this critical national issue,” ani Dalipe

Posted on: April 18th, 2024 by @peoplesbalita No Comments

(Daris Jose)

House painter kulong sa P115K droga sa Caloocan

Posted on: April 18th, 2024 by @peoplesbalita No Comments

(Richard Mesa)
