KLINARO ni Carla Abellana na hindi totoong P2M ang presyo ng pag-aaring condo unit sa may The Grove by Rockwell na matatagpuan sa E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue, Pasig City.
Matatandaang pinost ni Carla ang kabuuan ng video ng unit niya noong Pebrero 28 para ipakita sa pubiko dahil ibinebenta na niya ito o long term lease.
Ang caption ng aktres sa video ay, “My condo unit at The Grove by Rockwell is still available for sale/lease!
“It is now below market value!
“And yes, everything you see inside the condo unit comes inclusive. It’s fully (and excessively) furnished! If they’re not your type, then go ahead and sell them to make money! It’s totally up to you.
“Of course parking (which alone costs more than 1M!) is included in the asking price already.
“I mean, come on, what a bargain!”
Marami ang nagulat sa post na ito ni Carla dahil ibig sabihin ay palugi na niya itong ibinebenta sa sinabi niyang ‘Its now below market value.’ Kaya marami rin ang nagka-interest nito.
Nasabay din kasi ang pagbenta ng unit sa isyung may problema sa pinansiyal ang aktres dahil ang naipon nilang pera ng asawang si Tom Rodriguez ay wala na dahil in-invest daw ito ng aktor sa party list na sinamahan niya pero hindi naman lumusot sa COMELEC.
