At may potensyal siyang maging next big action star.  Naniniwala rin akong Barbie will be the next Primetime Queen ng GMA.”

Bukod sa bagong TV series, may coming movie naman sina Barbie at David, ang “That Kind of Love” na partly shot in South Korea last summer.

Napapanood naman gabi-gabi ang “Maging Sino Ka Man” at 8:00 p.m. after “24 Oras,” sa GMA-7.

BAGO magpakilig sa big screen sina Alden Richards at Julia Montes ng first movie nila together na “Five Break-Ups and A Romance,” bumisita muna sila sa Lyceum of the Philippines University-Manila, last September 13.

Posted on: September 15th, 2023 by @peoplesbalita No Comments

“We know the necessity of fare increase. However, we are balancing the needs of the whole country. If we increase the fare, it will have a tremendous effect in our economy because all the prices of basic commodities will be affected. We will consider the fare hike. However, give us a little time to determine how much and when will be the appropriate time impose the fare hike,” wika ni Guadiz.

“We have yet to determine the appropriate rate increase for jeepneys and the timing for the implementation. We must also balance the possible impact of fare hikes on the operators, drivers, ang passengers,” saad ni Guadiz.

Posted on: September 15th, 2023 by @peoplesbalita No Comments

One is a sports comedy with a twist. Magugustuhan ito ng mga bagets because the treatment is light. About basketball, ako ‘yung bida.

Inspired by Stephen Chow’s kind of comedy.

But my lola died of cancer in 2017, before the pandemic.

“Ang gusto kong bida, Angel Locsin or Judy Ann Santos. Tatlong may cancer then may nag-aalaga sa kanila. We can include Bea Alonzo. Then isang bata.”

Ang pangatlong story ay romantic-comedy with a twist.

“Puwedeng digital or even global, but isipin mo kung paano ang atake. Siyempre, dapat merong influence of our culture, dapat may touch of Filipino. Bagong artista ang gagamitin ko. Pwedeng i-audition namin.

Posted on: September 15th, 2023 by @peoplesbalita No Comments

“The Final Evaluation Assessment for the DepEd was released by the Administrative Order No. 25 Inter-Agency Task Force in January 2023, while the necessary documents for the purpose were submitted by the DepEd to the DBM from April to August 2023,” ayon sa Budget Department.

“This could be attributed to the strikingly high number of eligible personnel at around 900,000 employees in the DepEd, and the voluminous documents being submitted for the purpose,” dagdag na pahayag ng departamento sabay sabing ang ebalwasyon ng mga dokumento ay “was facilitated and processed by the DBM immediately after.”

“The DBM stands with our nation’s educators and recognizes their extraordinary work. We are one with our teachers in the pursuit of the immediate release of their PBB,” ayon kay  Budget Secretary Amenah Pangandaman.

Tinukoy ang mga records, sinabi ng DBM na “as of September 1, 2023,” ang lahat ng 16 Regional Offices (ROs) ng Budget Department ay nagpalabas na ng kanilang  katumbas o katugon na Special Allotment Release Orders (SAROs) at Notice of Cash Allocations (NCAs)  sa  DepEd  para sa  FY 2021 PBB ng school-based personnel.

“The SAROs/NCAs have been issued after the DBM’s evaluation and validation of the required updated documents, which DepEd submitted from April to August 2023,” ayon sa DBM.

“The documents were sent back due to varying concerns, such as duplicate entries, incorrect information on the months of service, and certain personnel not found in the DepEd’s Personnel Services Itemization and Plantilla of Personnel, among others,” ayon sa DBM.

“Once received, revalidated, and approved by DBM, the documents will be endorsed to DBM ROs for processing of the SARO and NCA,” lahad pa rin ng departamento.  (Daris Jose)

Posted on: September 15th, 2023 by @peoplesbalita No Comments

“We have also recently launched our own sovereign wealth fund, the Maharlika Investment Fund. The fund is designed to consolidate investible funds from government financial institutions to further drive economic development through strategic investments both domestically and overseas,” ayon kay Pangulong Marcos.

“Given the strong fundamentals of our economy, I invite you to explore the Philippines as a destination for investment. Moreover, the Philippines’ strategic location within Asia, coupled with our membership in regional trade agreements, positions us as a gateway to countless possibilities,” dagdag na wika nito.

“We are a nation on the rise ready to collaborate with partners who see the potential that we hold in the Philippines,” ayon pa sa Punong Ehekutibo.

“So we need to invest more and where can we get funding to invest more without increasing our borrowings. And so we look into internally and so what are the reserves that we have that are not, in our view, were not being used,” aniya pa rin.

“If the politicians get involved, then the decisions are no longer purely financial in nature… that causes failure I think and that doesn’t make an efficient management of a fund,” ang pahayag ni Pangulong  Marcos.

“These will go into infrastructure, power development. Again those main elements are healthcare, all of the areas that we have identified as priorities,”  aniya pa rin.

“remarkable resilience.”

“We have sustained consistent GDP growth, bolstered by prudent fiscal management and monetary policy. Despite high inflation and global market instability, our economy grew by 7.6% in 2022, the fastest rate of growth recorded by our country since 1976, coincidently, in the time of my father,” ang winika ng Pangulo.

“Economic expansion is expected to continue this year with global institutions such as the World Bank and the IMF projecting the Philippines to grow around 6% in 2023,” dagdag na pahayag nito sabay sabing “the Philippines’ strategic location within Asia, coupled with our membership in regional trade agreements, “positions us as a gateway to countless possibilities.”

Samantala, sa talumpati pa rin ng Pangulo, binigyang diin nito ang dedikasyon ng Pilipinas na makamit ang mapayapang relasyon, sabay sabing “geopolitical stability is among the cornerstones of its foreign policy.”

“We also note that geopolitical stability and regional cooperation are cornerstones of our foreign policy. We are dedicated to peaceful relations and cooperation that foster a conducive investment and business climate,” anito.

“The Philippines has faced its share of challenges as with any country. But we emerge from them stronger and more resolute. Our nation’s resilience and ability to adapt are not just stories, they are lessons that we bring to the table, lessons that we share with partners who are invested in our shared future,” aniya pa rin.

Posted on: September 15th, 2023 by @peoplesbalita No Comments

“And in that time between the very beginning of that relationship, we haven’t come across really any significant issues, diplomatic, political, or otherwise between Singapore and the Philippines. And I think that is the reason why, at some point, Singapore was the largest source for foreign investment in the Philippines,” ayon kay Pangulong Marcos.

Giit ng Chief Executive, hindi niya nakikita na magbabago ang relasyon ng dalawang bansa sa kahit na anumang paraan o “no paradigm shift in terms of geopolitical positioning, and in multilateral relationship with the rest of ASEAN and with the rest of Asia.”

“So for me, the future is bright for the Philippines and Singapore. And I see more opportunities than we have ever had before in fact, and it’s just up to us to identify those and to agree on how to best respond to the changes that we now face,” lahad ng Pangulo.

(Daris Jose)
