Kinasal sila during the pandemic in April 2020.
“It was on the onset of COVID. We wanted 4/20/20 since it’s a special date and special number for us. Nagkataon lang talaga na nagka-COVID pandemic noong time na ‘yun but we decided to still push through.
“All the way ‘til April, naka-on pa rin ‘yung wedding invitations until we decided mid-April to cancel na talaga, kasi naka-mask na lahat, extreme lockdown.

Back In Action’ with Cameron Diaz.
“Look, April 11 last year. Bad headache. I asked my boy for an Advil. I was gone for 20 days. I don’t remember anything. So they told me — I’m in Atlanta — so they told me my sister and my daughter took me to the first doctor. They gave me a cortisone shot. The next doctor said, ‘Something’s going on up there.’”
Pinasok ang Oscar-winning actor sa isang physical rehab facility in Chicago that specializes in stroke recovery.
Naging maingat na raw ang aktor: “Cherish life, man. I cannot tell you. I have some people in my life that really made sure I was here. Everybody wants to know what happened, and I’m gonna tell you what happened, but I gotta do it in my way. I’m gonna do it in a funny way. We’re gonna be onstage. We’re gonna go back to the stand-up sort of roots.”
