Finished running 32km last weekend — my longest run so far, and now we’re on the final stretch of training!
“I faced a lot of setbacks the past few months…di ko lang shinare kasi kinabahan ako. I was worried I couldn’t do the marathon anymore cos I got sick twice and previously got Covid. I missed training days and some of those essential long runs so I was really worried.
“My performance suffered. I couldn’t get the mileage in, and I was slower than before. When you miss those long runs or you fail at reaching goals during training, you get so disappointed in yourself to the point of wanting to give up.
“But but but…with the right guidance, support and A LOT of determination, I’M BACK. 32km done and my coach @gabbrosario is confident I can finish the 42km. So now the goal is to just finish the marathon.
“No matter how slow or fast it’ll take me. I realized that this isn’t a pageant. I’m not competing against anyone but myself. Ang daming life lessons noh? Til the next update.”

Live Well, Stay Well’, magiging busy si Chef Jose sa pag-prepare ng health foods ngayong holiday season courtesy of Ajinomoto.
“Maria has her own thing back in Japan and I have my work here. We are both prioritizing our careers and okey para sa amin iyon. I am mostly focused on my family aside sa resto-bar business ko. I just want to spend lots of time with them. This Christmas nga, we might be spending it in Bangkok,” sey ni Chef Jose.

Kuwento pa ni Taylor sa Instagram: “I happened upon the phrase ‘lavender haze’ when I was watching ‘Mad Men.’ And I looked it up — because I thought it sounded cool — and it turns out that it’s a common phrase used in the ‘50s where they would just describe being in love. Like, if you were in the lavender haze, then that meant you were in that all-encompassing love glow. And I thought that was really beautiful.
“I guess, theoretically, when you’re in the lavender haze, you’ll do anything to stay there and not let people bring you down off that cloud. And I think a lot of people have to deal with this now, not just like ‘public figures,’ because we live in the era of social media. And if the world finds out that you’re in love with somebody, they’re going to weigh in on it.”
“Like my relationship for six years, we’ve had to dodge weird rumors, tabloid stuff and we just ignore it. And so this song is sort of about the act of ignoring that stuff to protect the real stuff.”
Naglalaman ng 13 songs ang Midnights na sa pagkaka-describe ni Taylor ay: “Midnights, the stories of 13 sleepless nights scattered throughout my life, will be out October 21. Meet me at midnight.
“We lie awake in love and in fear, in turmoil and in tears. We stare at walls and drink until they speak back. We twist in our self-made cages and pray that we aren’t – right in this minute – about to make some fateful life-altering mistake.”
“This is a collection of music written in the middle of the night, a journey through terrors and sweet dreams. The floors we pace and the demons we face. For all of us who have tossed and turned and decided to keep the lanterns lit and go searching – hoping that just maybe, when the clock strikes twelve… we’ll meet ourselves.”
