Best Time Ever’ ng GMA.
“Part iyon ng challenge and dagdag ko lang din, actually hindi lang sa kanila pero a lot of people here nakatabaho ko na rin and tama yung sinabi ni Art e, it’s a family and saktung-sakto nga yung motto nila na Best Time Ever kasi I’ve had a lot of really good times with everyone here.
“Well most of them some the others I’ve just met, sina Cheska, and then Angel, I just met her now, Matt.

“Tinatapos ko po kasi yung album ko ngayon, so medyo naka-work mode po talaga ako, I think that does make me feel good, accomplishing things and you know, finishing something I started.
“Lalo na kung matagal na siyang kailangan natapos,” at muli siyang tumawa, “but good things take time and when it finally comes into completion after a very long time of waiting, that makes you feel very good, tsaka French fries po,” at natawang muli si Moira.
“Don’t be too hard on yourself,” saad ni Moira.
“I think…I know that that’s such a cliché, and to be honest po parang how I started losing weight, it is when I stopped trying.
“So, in 2020 I actually started all these diets, I was vegan for a while, I did keto, I did intermittent, I did everything, I’ve tried everything, and I’m sorry but I have to say this for parang trigger warning… I became bulimic for 2 years in 2020 to 2022, and it only worsened my situation, and it got me to gain more weight actually,” deretsahang pag-amin ni Moira.
“And when I stopped putting pressure on myself and when I just started allowing myself to just be, dun po parang kumalma yung katawan ko and I started losing weight gradually.
“I think alam ng katawan natin pag naalagaan siya ng tama, alam ng katawan natin kapag minamahal siya ng tama, so self-love is not a selfish thing, and to the people who are trying to lose weight, to the people who are trying to not care about the bullying, I want you to care more about what you think about yourself, because that matters more and it… I had to take so much time to think that I was beautiful before I saw any change physically, and then the physical change happened.
“We are beautiful and ang dami mo ng magagandang traits bago ka pa… bago mo pa makuha yung goal mong weight, ‘coz weight can fluctuate but your heart, that’s where real change happens, and I’m just very, very thankful because everything happened so gradually, it wasn’t like a quick thing, it wasn’t a quick fix, and so when Bona Slim and I… this is not just because you know, this is a brand partnership, but when I first met-up with Bona Slim, they were saying they’re promoting gradual change, and so everything really felt like it was in line.”
“So, when they were telling me about gradual change and change that starts from within, and Bona Slim being something that assists you to feel good starting from within, it really made me feel like, ‘I can do this’, this is something I can do, and iyon po.
“So, my message to the people who are going on a journey that I have been on, don’t be too hard on yourself and be unapologetic when it comes to choosing yourself, it’s not a bad thing.”
I think kung titingnan ko mas marami naman po talagang mas magaling, mas marami pong mas deserving, in terms of talent, but I know that I’ve worked hard, I’ve done my part but I also know that I will not be where I am now if not for the people around me and if not for God, so I can never take full credit for what I have now.”
